We had a great time at this hotel. it was by far the best experience that my boyfriend and I have had staying at a hotel. The hotel staff were wonderful, the scenery is beautiful and we had a great time.

very comfortable room with excellent bedding. the hotel interior is a lovely indoor garden. the restaurant for breakfast and lunch is in the lovely garden setting, but there is no option for dinner.

Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurant food was very good. Everyone went overboard to be helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is lovely, room spacious and clean, but its downfall is the noise you experience in your room from the hallway, 2am people going to bed then 6am woken by kids running down the halls and parents calling to them while chatting to each other which felt like they were standing over the bed.

Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was average but comfortable. Overall, a great stay. Pool and hot tub area were very clean.

Didn't care for it. we were put at the very furthest point from the stairs, elevator which was quite a hike-asked for something better and were told they could not accommodate, but "at least it should be quiet". Breakfast not included, beds small and uncomfortable, parking extra-forget it.

My only complaint this time is the room could have been cleaned better-the bed was made ,but that was it.

Hotel was lovely. The parking was ridiculously far. They had two major events going on with parking very limited for guests. A staff member of the hotel did apologize for any inconvenience. Also, the hallways were loud and obnoxious into the late hours.

I spent two nights at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich for the main purpose of sleeping during a business trip. I found the location to be quiet and conducive to rest, and it provided good walking options for some morning exercise. Speaking of exercise, the only drawback I found was that this is a rectangular building that only has elevators at one end. So if your room is at the far end of the floor, you do have a healthy walk to the elevators. Many folks also take the stairs down in the morning because the elevators are a bit on the slow side.

It was very good service and room service was on point. Very relaxing and quiet.

We were visiting Greenwich for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding anniversary! The hotel was beautiful, great morning coffee, and staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

I am usually here for business and this hotel never disappoints. There is probably no better to place to meet your clients!

My hotel stay was awesome! The hotel was clean, nice with very friendly staff.

In a 4 star hotel I don't expect to find the shower head broken. Attention to detail not there.

My brother and I were staying here in order to meet up with family, drive into Brooklyn, and run/walk in a charity 5K the next day. The room was exactly what I had requested, and the check-in clerk was considerate enough to give us a room facing outside (even though it was a view of the parking lot) rather than overlooking the atrium, as there were events going on that night that were noisy. So we had a very quiet night and were able to get up refreshed at 5AM.

Wonderful Experience and close to seasonal towns such as Sleepy Hollow. My two girls had a great experience and continue to talk about their trip there.

overall a very good experience have good food down the street , hotel was nice and quite , it was nice to get out of NYC to a more quite place

We thought the hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe and secure. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

I stayed at this hotel during the start of Christmas season and I expected there would be christmas parties within the catering part of the hotel. I did not expect the level of noize within the hallways ( i was on the second floor) and definitely did not expect drunken people to be falling into my door (one couple even tried to come in thinking it was their room). I had interrupted sleep all the way up until 5am and a 600 mile road trip to start at 6am. The cleanliness of the room was less than desireable with a sink that was clogged, dusty furniture and a tv that had a non functioning remote. It would be in the hotels best interest to pay as much attention to their "non business, non conference" guests as they do to making their atrium beautiful and booking numerous parties all at once without the proper security measure to ensure other guests are not effected.

Great experience with fantastic staff. Very good deal on very good buffets.
