The dining room staff was completely occupied by a convention. Those who wanted breakfast had only the option of frozen egg sandwiches from a café in the hotel. The atrium is beautiful and a wonderful place for an evening cocktail or glass of wine with friends. Parking is awkward and valet services are not readily available. Self parking is expensive but par for the course on the East Coast.

Stay was wonderful stuff amazing💥 the only problem is we got a room where the phone was not working and we had trouble with the Internet, but was offered another room. Internet was also fixed by engineers. with all that said and done we were offered an extra night in all it was an amazing trip one of the most beautiful hotels ever. Food excellent

Beautiful place, nicely decorated and fun restaurant with excellent food and ambience! Staff was lovely! The hotel is right next to the highway. I was on, but husband is a light sleeper. Also, a couple of minor maintenance things to fix. But overall, I liked it better than other hotels for its cleanliness, decor, friendliness, modern amenities, AND NO CARPET !

The atrium of the hotel is stunning and refreshing. The hotel was clean. Our room was well kept and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Next time we need to pass through, I’ll be booking this hotel again.

Still experiencing renovation issues. Food is served only in the bar area which can be uncomfortable depending on where you’re seated. In room service only for breakfast during the week. Pool area is rented out for children’s swim lessons, so it’s crowded and noisy. Pool area is ridiculously hot. Pool water temp is 90 degrees or more. The windows and door are open to cool it down. Totally unacceptable pool experience, especially considering what hotel charges nightly.

7 year anniversary trip

Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, front desk was super friendly. The cleaners were super nice every morning. The pool/hot tub was a nice touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
