We have stayed in your hotel 5 times and the condition continues to go down with each visit. Also, understand Covid, but still no food or beverage service? Asked for room clean-up each day at check-in and was not done on 2nd day.

We understand the Covid issue but this property doesn’t have a restaurant, bar or even offer you a cup of coffee in the morning other then a keriug machine in your room who who know what people put in it. The few tables available in the lobby were never wiped down during our 3 day stay. Seriously, how hard is it to have bar open, serve some apps. And have coffee available. They do room service. They are doing events. No excuses for this property.

Hotel is planning a common area renovation. Nothing is open except room service.

The breakfast included with the stay was so terrible! Not worth the price. They were cold and tasteless!

Kind of disappointed. We stayed two nights with two kids. We expected the room the second day would be cleaned, trash taken out, sheets changed,etc. when we found the second night the room wasn’t cleaned we contacted the front desk and they said they are short staffed no one is available so they would send someone to Bring fresh towels and take out the trash. They only brought towels and did not take out the trash. A room for four with very young kids needs to be cleaned each day. Despite the cleaning issue it was a nice room and property. There was an issue With the vending machine on every floor. Could not get a bottled drink because it would not take the card or they ran out of stock of some items.

The front desk staff did not listen to our needs. We asked for housekeeping which did not happen on one of the days. Asked the front desk to at least get us some clean towels; never showed. Had to fix the phone in the room ourselves. Have stayed at this property several times as we have family in Greenwich. Rooms need an updating.

Excellent value. Nice people and proximity to NYC. Limited amenities. More Stamford/commercial than Greenwich.

The property was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is well priced and conveniently located. We live nearby. It is our go to place for a quick romantic getaway.

It was a good experience overall. It would be better if house keeping were more through when they cleaned the beds. There were some crumbs on the sheets. We did not eat while we stayed there.

Great ambience and the courtyard is amazing. The restaurant and bar was very convenient and the food was good. The room was also very comfortable. Thumbs up!!!

Inexpensive for the area and for being such a nice property! Great breakfast buffet on Sunday.

Friday night was a bit noisy from surrounding guests

The atrium is fantastic and I liked the bar and restaurant area with the water feature.
