Staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean but did have a stale cigarette smell even though it says no smoking. I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool but it definitely was not warm at all. Besides the pool though, the bed was comfortable and again the staff was very friendly. I'd return to the hotel again if I don't need a warm pool lol

I did not have a moment to enjoy my stay at all. I was consistently harassed by staff. From them coming into my room while I was working to check fire alarm systems, to the cleaning lady coming into my room despite me having the do not disturb on the door and telling her no the first time to cleaning the room. She came into my room and I was naked! And then it happened again the following day and she walked in to me and my boyfriend. They had a wedding and I was next door to rowdy people blasting music, and then staff called me asking me to turn the music down! I have never experienced anything like this at all. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was off on weekends and they gave me 10,000 points towards my next stay. I will not be staying with another Hilton hotel ever.
