The building and rooms were run down. I assume this building used to be a nursing home or something. The kitchen was not stocked as I am used to seeing when staying at other residence inns. Not enough towels included in the room. Some mold was seen around fixtures in the tub. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Can't say a bad word about the people working here, but the building and rooms are not up to the standards I am used to seeing at Marriott properties. Needs updating. The breakfast to go was nice.

Everything was as expected. Polite and courteous staff

Great location, stuffs helpful. Enjoyed my stay.comfortable bed, nicely decorated.

It was a nice clean hotel. About what we expected and the staff was nice

We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel excellent - a great buffet breakfast is provided compared with average stops these days. Our only gripe was the $86.00 Fee for our Poodle. The ORBITZ AD states that the Marriott welcomes pets "with open arms." This is true provided you pay the pet fee of $75.00 (+ Tax of $11.00)... Otherwise, pets are not welcome "with open arms." ORBITZ Should Publish The Pet Fee On Their ADS!

I opened the door of my room and was overcome with the smell of vanilla from a plug in room deodorizer and it only got worse from there. I opened the window and unplugged the deodorizer trying to clear out the overpowering smell to hear the sound of the heater start. The noise from the heater was so loud I couldn't believe they would give someone a room like this. I called the front desk to hear I'm sorry but we don't have any other rooms, I called back 2 more times to get someone from maintenance to come look at the heat. When maintenance finally got there they agreed that the noise was extremely loud but he didn't have a key for the utility room so he was not going to be able to do anyting. The utility room is located inbetween the livingroom area and the bedroom, there was no escaping the noise.

I'm so happy to read your comments regarding our friendly and accommodating staff! We were anticipating a full renovation just before Covid, but it was postponed due to the financial crisis wrought on the hospitality industry by the Pandemic. Many of us were lucky to keep the doors open. I'm happy to report that we anticipate a full renovation in 2022 and hope you will come back to see us again soon.

We understand that two of the most important factors that affect our guests' satisfaction are friendliness and cleanliness. So happy you experienced both at our property.
