I requested a refund or even credit since I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to check in and they promised to reach back out and at least provide credit and disappeared.

Sooo comfortable and clean!

Always a nice experience at Hotel Zero. Clean, friendly, large rooms, great patio, and an excellent in-house restaurant (Terra). A wish list request would be better fruit at breakfast.

Best hotel hands down!

Every time our family come to town there is only one place we have them stay,,, Hotel Zero Degrees. Staff, location, the restaurant there,, the whole place. Best hotel within MILES! This week, we had family flying in from California and were to stay at Zero of course. Well, their fly was postponed 3 times within a three hour span and then cancelled. Forcing them to take a next day flight. When I called Zero at 11p to inform them I’d need to cancel the reservation, a young man (wish I could remember his name) said to me not to worry and that he felt bad our family spent 10 hours at an airport for no reason. That’s customer service and that’s why our family and friends will never stay anywhere else. ALSO,, Sunday brunch and the holiday brunches at the Terra Restaurant there, are AMAZING!

Beautiful property very clean safe and well maintained . Great location and great value. They have a very nice restaurant in the hotel as well where they serve lunch and dinner. Light breakfast was included and I think it was nice. Very friendly staff and professional.Room was beautiful and very clean.
