Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative, and I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
I was accompanied by my children and my elderly mother-in-law, and upon arriving at the hotel — before the final check-in time — I found the door locked. When I used the intercom, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that no rooms were available. I explained that I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation, but she said there was nothing she could do.
I requested that she arrange accommodation at another hotel, since I had already paid for my stay in advance. However, she told that all hotels in the area were full and that I would need to travel to a hotel about one hour away.
I emphasized my situation and asked her to resolve the issue, as my family and I were extremely tired after an eight-hour trip. Only after almost an hour of waiting and much insistence did the receptionist inform me that a room had suddenly appeared in the system.
This situation was completely unacceptable and caused great stress, discomfort, and insecurity for my family. I expected to receive professional service and a minimum level of respect for the customer, especially considering that the reservation was paid and confirmed in advance.
