Very Very Very Poor Customer Service At front desk checking in, they'd rather continuing talking personal matters while customers wait, switching room accomodations without consulting with customers, saying nothing until going to room with all bags and being told there's nothing they can do about it, even though my reservation confirmation clearly says King not 2 queens, and refused totally 1 hour late checkout line every room on the floor could be cleaned in 1 hour time frame
The pool wasnt open the bar wasnt open the restaurant wasnt open and orbitz did not have these details updated
It waa cery upsetting coming in at 11:30pm and walking into a big party. The individual who checked me tried to confirm a king size bed 1 room when i booked a 2 queen. Then he said he was full booked.
We enjoyed the location and comfort of the hotel, but there were parts that were a bit run down and stained. We only interacted with staff during check-in and they were very pleasant and friendly.
The room wasn't new but the size was huge.
They charge me extra 50 dollars thst was notified
The beds and the rooms were okay but the whole look was of a really old hotel. The bathrooms looked really old and had some hair and dust in the corners.

The pool and spa are under repair the bar and restaurant evenings are closed. Breakfast is served on weekends actually restaurant mornings is open every day except Monday for breakfast.
