The towels that were supposed to be clean had mascara stains on them, the sheets looked like they were not changed, hall way had water stains on the ceiling of the 2nd floor. bathroom was run down. sink was clogged.

rented 2 rooms during a snow storm. both rooms reserved in advance were ice cold and took 2 hours to heat up with the old style radiator heaters. Rooms need updating. They also don't shovel their sidewalks

Place needs some updating. The toilet seat was chipping paint, bathroom sink drain stop was broken, 1 piece of tissue in the box. Plus it snowed but the never shoveled the entrance until check out time.
