I thought the hotel was decent, it was clean, the staff were nice enough. We didn’t use the amenities so I can’t comment on them. I will say they need better beds and blankets, the beds were super hard and the blankets were non existent.

This property is not well maintained. Very run down. Holes in the walls. This might have been a good hotel in the past but now it really needs a makeover. Staff is great though.

We loved the restaurant on the premises, Flanigans . Food was delicious, staff was great. All staff in hotel were friendly and accommodating. DIASPPOINTED that the hot tub was not functional and the pool had a filmy surface on it as if the filter wasn't working correctly. Staff checked chemicals and scooped and we swam, but only once because it felt dicey at best. so that was a letdown

The hotel was very dated and it smelled like cigarettes but the staff were excellent/friendly. We were not able to use the pool since it was still broken. We ate at the hotel restaurant, Flanagan's. I was skeptical since it was mostly empty and dated. Again, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. To our surprise the food were good and we ate there for lunch and breakfast the next day. The pancakes were sooooo good with crispy edges. They had free breakfast to go bags with granola bars, water, fruit cup and apple juice. We actually grabbed it on our drive home for our kids.

Everything was more than I expected. Everyone was very helpful. It was clean and so far the staff is great

The pool had a broken pipe and maintenance couldn't repair it. The front emergency exit was overgrown with vegetation and unusable in the event of an emergency. The staff said nothing about compliment breakfast or sacked lunch had to find out from other guests.

Check-in was quick and easy. Overflowing trash barrel at the back entrance. The room was dark and stuffy. The air conditioner was barely working and making a loud noise. Told the nice man at the front desk and he immediately gave us a different room which was much better. Overall, not bad but next time I think we will look around for something else.

We got there the reservation was for five we only find 2 smoll full size bed after we call the said no more roll up beds after the finding one the delivered and left was broken

The staff was VERY nice. I got a call the week before that the pool was closed which was a big let down because this is why we booked this location but to be fair they did call a week in advance to let us know and we’re willing to cancel our reservation. Being Memorial Day weekend it would have been impossible or very expensive to switch hotels for my daughters post covid 7th birthday celebration. The hotel is in need of some upgrades for the price we are charged. The food was good at the restaurant, but no liquor license. Not a terrible experience, but I probably will not return.

Beware...property in need of updates and repairs. Unfortunately the staff purposely omitted the fact that their pool was no longer open when I checked in (when I had called a couple of days earlier to confirm prior to booking). When my family went down to the front desk all in our bathing suits to ask where the pool is was when we were told it was not open due to a leaky pipe. Of course, my family was not happy as the indoor pool was one of the reasons we stayed so I told them we would not be staying and we wanted our money back. The woman behind the desk said she would get the manager and said she was going to have an anxiety attack and had to leave. Instead of being apologetic, the woman immediately got defensive and started to have an attitude. If they had simply mentioned this at check in I could’ve found other accommodations. Instead, I had to repack my three kids because we had completely unpacked, all in their bathing suits and find a hotel down the road. Supposedly, I will be given a refund as per the manager. Do not recommend. Hotel staff also chain smoking in front of main door. Ran into other hotel guests in lobby who were also very unhappy.

Hotel and staff were what we expected! Breakfast was great!

Great location and our favorite place to stay overnight after a night out at Mohegan Sun. Free breakfast buffet is always an added bonus to the value.

The room need some repair . Holes in walls, paper peeling in bathroom, no informatioal materialin room.

Front desk and restaurant waitress were super helpful. Nice hot breakfast, nice to have free parking. The room was in need of repairs, things were caulked in the bathroom to fix things that were shifted or previously repaired. For my purposes it was fine but I'm not sure I would stay there again.

I had reasonable expectations, and I can tell they are trying to update this property. However I would NEVER stay here again nor would I suggest anyone book a room here. The rooms were acceptable, carpet is new, beds are comfortable, and linens are fine. Bathroom was falling apart, plastic shower walls were cracking, and literally held together with duct tape, wallpaper peeling and had visible mold, sink marble falling off the counter and wall. The breakfast was inedible, beyond bad. The elevator is noisy and creaky, scarier than Tower of Terror. Be warned, you do not want to stay here.

A nice hotel at a good price. Staff was friendly and the room was spacious, quiet and very clean. Very convenient location for accessing New London or Mystic. Great maid service each day. My only complaint is that there was no fan in the small bathroom. Ever shower turned the room into a steam house, making it unusable for 5 to 10 minutes.
