Nice, clean, great facilities, ample parking. Great stay.

This was a great hotel in a nice area. right on the edge of Ypsilanti very close to a Starbucks, Panera and Barnes and Noble shopping center just into Ann Arbor. very nice hotel. We visited E Mich and this hotel was on the school website so we stayed here b/c I was not sure about some areas of Ypsilanti. Comfort Inn & Days Inn are across the road but it looked dark over there.

An excellent place to stay. Extreemly pleased with the helpful staff and the hotel itself. Great breakfast bar too.

We stayed here during our son's move in to UMich. It is close enough to UMich to make it convenient to visit your student, but far enough away to be out of the craziness of the university. It is conveniently located near all the stores needed for an easy move in to student housing. the complementary breakfast and nice facilities will have us coming back throughout the time our son is living here.

We were in Ann Arbor for our Anniversary and wanted to stay close to downtown. We chose The Regent since the other reviews were very good. We really enjoyed our experience.

We had a three night getaway, and this was the perfect place. The location was very convenient to everything we visited in the area. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Our stay was exactly what we needed, we will stay here again.

sucked, bugs, dirty, really sucked, sucked very bad, bugs, didn't come by to change sheets, small for a suite, sucked!!

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. I will be back

Stayed here for 3 nights especially for my granddaughter and she enjoyed it very much. She loved the indoor pool and the hot tub and made friends with some of the kids who were also staying there. Friendly staff. Room smelled fresh and clean. Conveniently located very close to highway exit, Target, CVS and Kroger.

Hotel seems in good shape after renovation. Pool area looked nice and game room is an added bonus, although restrictions on hours are annoying. Breakfast was nothing great and selection was a bit limited, but mostly par for the course.

Hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. We stay here often.

Desk Staff were excellent - even maintenance employees asked if they could help when we had our hands full

My experience was good. The breakfast isn't great. The jet tub had someone's hair all in it so I couldn't enjoy that fully. But hotel staff was great and the beds are so comfortable.

This hotel was quiet and clean. Has a really nice pool and patio area with a gazebo out back.

This hotel is just right for the price. Nothing fancy. But a good rate. Pleasant staff. Some billing problems but all manageable. What was a problem was using Google maps to get here from downtown Ann Arbor. It is a straight shot down waste aw but Google jnsisted on a highway rout that doubled the time. Use local streets!

Very clean, nice amenities. Shower was wonderful and the breakfast offered the next morning made this a great value.

I stayed there for business. It was clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was hot, but food was not great. There are no in hotel food services, but there is good coffee available. It was close to U of M and Ann Arbor and neighboring communities, golf course, arboretum and anything you might want to do in the area.

Perfectly located and very clean. The hot breakfast in the morning made it a great value as well. The room was also spacious and quiet.

Second time I have stayed at the regent to visit my daughter at the University of Michigan. I will use them again. Good, clean, friendly and quiet. about a 10 minute drive to school.

We only stayed one day. The front desk was very nice.
