Nice that things are so close by. I didn't like they didn't have basic amenities, like a fridge. Also had to pay $25 to park there and due to the location, there was no other parking alternatives.
Regular keys for doors seems very insecure. Can easily copy keys to open door or pick locks. Run down. Nothing special. Good location. Work rather go elsewhere and get rideshare into town.
Valet Parkers didn’t have the car at front either time it was pre-arranged. Other than that it was good.
Location, location, location? Hot water in shower was very slow.
The staff at the Bell Tower was attentive to our needs and the location is perfect to visit campus.

The staff were very accommodating and the location of the hotel is perfect. You are in walking distance to everything. The property itself they keep clean in the rooms were nice and spacious.

The hotel was right down town, In perfect walking distance to all the little shops on Main,Liberty, & State and the restaurants. Our room was small but very nice and nicely decorated. Really wasn’t any cons to this hotel.

I'm sorry that your stay with us wasn't as satisfactory as you would have liked it. We do have mini fridges available to rent, I'm sorry that wasn't conveyed to you before or at check in. Parking is very tricky in downtown Ann Arbor. We are very lucky to have a parking structure right next door. This way no one has to walk very far and with unlimited in and out privileges, it's just so convenient! You never have to worry about paying a meter or paying over 2 per hour (that's over 48 dollars for 24 hours!) in one of the public structures that is a few blocks from the hotel.

I'm sorry that the novelty of real keys made you feel unsafe. We have never had an issue with them. We are an historic hotel and they tie in with our style. We just did finished a complete renovation in 2018. I will have to disagree with us calling us "run down". There is nothing shabby about our hotel. We take immense pride in keeping this hotel ship shape. I will agree that maybe our hotel is not right for you.
