The hallways were very dirty, and the smell of smoke on the first floor was overwhelming. Our room on another floor appeared to be clean and did not smell like smoke. The plumbing in the room was outdated but did work. The rest of the hotel was unpleasant enough that we did not look around. There does not appear to be any parking for this facility. The clerk said to park "out front" but there was only one designated parking space.
We had bugs/cockroaches in our room. We went to the desk to let them know and they told us to contact Orbitz, since we booked through Orbitz. Huh?
I could smell the smoke in the room while still wearing my N95 mask. It's a very poorly maintained hotel. The doors screech on the way in, the hallway carpet is more stain than not, the rooms are very dingy. I checked in and immediately, upon getting into my room, left to go to another hotel.
the negetive reviews of this Hotel are absolutely true - if you have a choice between this hotel and sleeping in your car - sleep in your car ! My wife and i checked out the next day- we did not shower - the tub was gross , my wife could not breath and had to use her inhaler 3 times to get through the night . mgr sent us to Orbitz for billing- after 5 days of run around orbitz said they dont handle billing - we have disputed the nights stay and penalty nights stay with our credit card company - shameful they want to charge us $243.00 for a room so horrible .

Room was filthy. The bathroom couldn’t have been cleaned properly there were 7 pennies on the floor. The deadbolt on the room door wouldn’t lock, the closet door knob was broken off. In the morning we saw a cockroach and that is when we checked out. We stayed one night. Never will stay there again.
The breakfast was sparse and lacking some things. Like plates. Butter for the bagels or bread for toast or the waffles matching the instructions on the wall. But the room was spacious and immaculately clean. Overall an ok stay.

The location was convenient but property has not been maintained or updated. Most amenities like the breakfast bar, housecleaning and lobby TV remain paused for COVID.
Checked in but did not stay. Bug infested and dirty, tough location - not like pictures. Property would not refund - told us to deal with Orbitz. Orbitz said to deal with the property. Very bad outcome - pay to not stay and pay to stay somewhere else.
This Hotel is disgusting. There were dirty Band-Aids on the floor no towels in the room a used bar of soap in the room the carpet was nasty and smelled like weed and smoke. I’m embarrassed that we stayed here and will never stay in this hotel ever again. I will be calling the manager a second time when they are in to get a full refund for this disgusting property. I would definitely remove it from your list of options because no person should stay in a condition like this and pay money it!

The room we stayed in was not the greatest. Tv didn’t work so my three year old wasn’t happy AT ALL, there was poop on the curtains which didn’t close so you could see in and out of the windows at all times and I slipped on the bathroom floor because who thought making a shower curtain that’s shorter then the actual bathtub, yeah I slipped because the floor flooded. I took pictures
Big rooms, great condition. Good breakfast. There was a busload of dancers that practiced in the hallway.
