Very unhappy

Upon arrival there was not any toilet paper in the room and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. No one came to my room to check for towels my entire stay. I arrived back to my room around midnight on my last night and traveling alone I was concerned someone else was in my room so I checked everywhere and then under the bed. It had clearly not been cleaned because there was garbage, perfume and a diabetic insulin pen with a needle under it.

The hotel was old and dirty. I had to go buy Lysol and bleach wipes to wipe things down. There was a chair in the room that had stains all over it. Dead bugs smashed on the walls. Picture frames were broken. Stains on the curtains. She sheets had hairs stuck all over them. Just very dirty

Very unsafe, you can tell people are living on the first floor. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Had to switch rooms bc the pull out couch couldn’t pull out all the way bc it hit the heater. The heater was also broken. The pics listed for this place have to be from a different hotel bc they don’t match. Pool was closed. Construction working laying in lobby. Needless to say, avoid at all cost.

It was a nice, clean hotel room, easy check-in, nice hot tub and pool area. The only issue was other guests, there were other guests with rooms next to ours that that had children screaming and slamming doors in the hallway, running back and forth, we had to ask them to be more considerate. We were close to the front desk, I would have appreciated them stepping in before we had to.

The area and staff were nice however, the rooms smelled like weed and smoke (non-smoking hotel), the sheets and bedding smelled, and the walls had stains on them. The hotel was very rundown. The vending machines with water (the only water at the hotel) were broken. Overall not worth the money!

Be cautious

The room condition was poor. Crumbs around the bed and under the "lazy boy". Vending machines were either out of service or didn't work as they should. Roach was found running along the wall in the bathroom.
