Good location for the University
Clean and quiet. comfortable bed and enough pillows
The facility was clean and well maintained and had good amenities such as exercise room, bar, restaurant (I did use the exercise room and found it to be above average). The hot tub was out of order and the pools heater was broken, but that seems to be the norm with covid. One thing I didn’t particularly like was that they charged for coffee in the lobby- $3 a cup. With that said, they did make coffee packs available in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough for two for a couple of days. I would say the walls were pretty thin. It was a busy game weekend in Ann Arbor, so while Thursday night was quiet and fine, on Friday I could hear my neighbors TV until about 2 am and some people talking and someone’s emotion outburst down the hall at one point. I used earplugs and that seemed to do the trick. The facility might want to think about a little sound proofing. The staff at check in were professional and helpful. After that, they seemed to be a little less interested, but good enough. The location was pretty good, with access to the mall area close by and the university was about a mile or so up state st. It was just far enough that I found myself driving to campus, which required $ for parking and campus (however, I did not explore public transportation). Overall it was a good stay.
The restaurant was shut down which we were not told in advance so when we arrived at 9pm there were not much options for food. Nothing to walk to. We had to order with door dash. We stayed 2 nights but our room was never cleaned. No beds made or coffee refreshed. Real bummer for the price.
I liked the pools and the bar.
good price for the property.
Nice hotel. Quiet rooms, great pool, great staff.
Rooms are freshly updated, include microwave, mini fridge, and Pure air cleaners.
Very welcoming front desk, clean clean must I say lobby and threw out. As well as Proper sanitizing stations available for quest which was very refreshing.
The property was great. I guess Marriott doesn’t allow trash cans outside their doors! Because if this there is nowhere to throw your trash! They allow dogs, but you have to find a dumpster to deposit their waste. Seemed odd. Staff was great. Didn’t dine there so can’t comment on the food. The bartender was a bit too serious. Cookies at the front desk were amazing, but they don’t make them on the weekend?
This is our first stay at this hotel in several years, since it was remodeled. It seems it's time for some refreshing, as the entire property looked rather "tired"
The beds here are incredibly comfortable!! the hotel itself is easy to find. Room service is great! The chocolate lava bomb was amazing. Tv not that great, was hoping for a smart tv like so many other hotels offer now, but alas, it wasn’t. Would definitely stay here again though! The hotel was very quiet too! The rooms all have sound proofing panels in the ceiling. One of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed at!
Great hotel, clean, nice, friendly, as usual! Highly recommend!
Being stayed in both the Sheraton and the Hyatt House in Ann Arbor on a business trip. It gives an opportunity for very direct comparison of these two hotels. Sheraton is good, clean, and offer good breakfast, yet it just felt a little more business and less personal. With the same level of rooms, Sheraton has more comfortable bed, but smaller and old standard room than that of Hyatt House. Sheraton offers better quality and choices for breakfast than that of Hyatt House, but somewhat impersonal staff. One thing that stands out unbearable is the snail speed/bandwidth Wi-Fi Sheraton offers to its guests. It was practically unusable. I have to rely on my 4G cellphone’s hot spot to get work done. Therefore, as work oriented traveler, Sheraton is definitely off my list of place to stay in Ann Arbor next time.
Overall good stay. The room was clean and spacious and the staff handled a couple of specific requests qucikly
Nice little pool, kids enjoyed it. The bad part was that the heating/cooling unit was broken and the room was way too hot, it couldn't cool and there wen't any windows that could open. We had maintenance come up and there was noting they could do.

Thank you for being our guests and for leaving us your gift of feedback. We are sorry your experience was disappointing. We are having difficulty staffing as most others in this industry and in this case the server called off and we could not open. We are sorry that happened during your visit. Thanks again for the feedback. Susan
