I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The front desk reassigned our room to another guest after we had already checked in. My wife and daughter were alone in the room when a stranger that had just been checked-in, walked into our room using a working key card. The hotel never contacted us to apologize or explain what happened. This is a serious security issue that could have put my family in danger. Completely unacceptable experience.

Overall the property was fine, but housekeeping did not do a good job. Hand soap dispenser was running out of soap, but the house keeping did not check. We had to go and ask the front desk for a new soap dispenser. Every day we had to ask for extra towels.

Dirty and Uncomfortable

Our room was absolutely filthy. The pool was also filthy. The mattress had a huge divot and broken springs. The breakfast area was better and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again. It is definitely not worth the money.
