This is my second time staying at the Webber. I will say that the property is beautiful and the rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The ambiance in the restaurant is superb. I only have a few complaints. As a gold Expedia member we are offered complimentary upgrades on rooms. I inquired about room availability prior to arrival and upon arrival, I was told that the upgrade room was unavailable for the night. I looked online and saw where there was still available rooms and was able to upgrade through Expedia with no extra charge. I went to check back in and was able to get the pool view room as requested before. I wish the hotel receptionist was honest about the accommodation if she was unable to offer it to me for whatever reason. Besides that , I plan on returning because the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pool view room was very nice and i enjoyed the experience. The restaurant, the food was great and even offered non pork options which i appreciate the most. However, my first plate had a long hair in it. I was able to receive another plate with no issue but I would’ve appreciated a comp for the inconvenience. Overall, the staff was very delightful and I genuinely enjoyed my stay and plan to stay again .

Room service took 2 hrs. Food was cold no microwave in room. Severely undercooked 158 dollars for dinner for two that was wasted. The web site said the pool closes at 9 to minors we tired waiting it out but at 1130 it was still full of kids! First time will be the last time was looking very forward to it for our anniversary but was very disappointed especially for the money
