Very Welcoming Staff

Great staff, first and foremost. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast left a little to be desired as a menu and the odd setup made it difficult to and awkward to prepare your meal. But again, the staff was amazing.

Had higher expectations from all the reviews

Stayed for over 10 days. Hot breakfast buffet was the same thing every three days which was mid at best. The free coffee made my wife stop drinking coffee. We started making our own coffee in the room. The cleaning people came once. The heated pool was nice but the temp didn’t stay warm.

The property is right next to the hallway. Couldn’t sleep! Next night I slept with my earbuds in to listen music. Outside was beautiful! Close enough to the mall. Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. No extra blankets.

Children were running around on multiple floors at all hours. To the point our bathroom door flew open at 7am. Kids are running around screaming in the halls. Had to call to front desk and this didn’t stop it.

Disabled veteran, had reserved a room and wasn't supposed to be charged until I checked in Upon arrival the parking lot was extremely dark and no available handicap spaces. I never checked in and was charged for my stay. Notified Travelocity of this and nothing... Had to escalate to ADA for assistance.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, but most exceptionally the bows! They tie up all of the towels and tissues into flowers or birds - we always admire them. As soon as I discovered this place I have booked there ever since.
