We stayed here during a softball tournament so we were traveling with families and working with games schedules. The staff was so helpful and accommodating with having breakfast out early, using the grill for dinners, and ice for coolers. Rooms were clean, breakfast was not bad for this level of hotel and it was close enough to everything we needed. We will go back next year if we do that same tournament.

This is a very nice property with good staff. The hotel is somewhat secluded in an office park so it's a short drive to go anywhere for food or entertainment. The hotel is standard Residence Inn with large rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice breakfast area. The pool and exercise room are clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here if returning to Ann Arbor.

Basic nothing special about this place it was clean functional and close to what we needed. Over priced though . Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to be helpful. The mirrors were not cleaned on the closet door and were n vet cleaned during our stay. One day we never got housekeeping - the heating/cooling fan did not work consistently Having stayed in many many Marriotts we know it can be done better

It was okay. Nothing special. No issues, no problems. Typical Residence Inn. Food not so great for Breakfast or Dinner "snack." Again, no real complaints. Very run of the mill Marriott business hotel. For one or two nights it's fine. Right off the highway and close to a grocery store and restaurants. They did a remodel, it's okay---hotel still shows it's age. I may stay here again when I return for work. We'll see.

We stayed here for a week during a recent visit to Ann Arbor. This hotel is fairly new so it has modern decor and amenities in the rooms. The room was clean, well maintained and well lit. The kitchen had everything you need to enable you to cook in your room or keep cold drinks on hand. It was also pretty quiet... we never heard anyone through the walls. And no footsteps overhead, as we requested a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was standard Residence Inn fare - eggs, waffles, oatmeal, breads, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were attentive when we had issues or questions. Lastly, the hotel is well-situated near the highway and there are grocery stores, a Starbucks and other stores nearby. Parking is plentiful and feels safe.

I've stayed in a lot of Residence Inns and I like the renovations but this one-bedroom suite was set up in such a way that I felt as though I had THREE rooms! The kitchen area was separated from the living room with a sort of bar that provided a HUGE amount of counter space that I used for preparing food, eating, and working with my computer. The shower was fabulous. The front desk staff more than met my admittedly high standards. I would stay here again if I return.

Go to hotel when in Ann Arbor for business. The grounds are nice with a bbq pit, an indoor pool, a common area with nightly "happy hour" parties such as pizza party, taco, night, ice cream sundae night etc.

Stayed two nights, for the Michigan/Wisconsin game. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ran into the girl that checked me in, in the elevator and she called me by name. I was impressed. Clean, quiet, spacious room. I didn't like that breakfast hours were only 7am to 9:30am. Weekends should be at least till 10am.

We just stayed her when travelling to Michigan/Ann Arbor with our kids. This is a great hotel. It is conveniently located off US 23 & close to UofM's North Campus. However, downtown Ann Arbor is only a 10-15 minute drive. The property & accommodations appear to be new or recently renovated. It is overall very clean, comfortable, quiet & nice. The rooms/suites are spacious, clean, and conveniently laid out- kids (& hence, parents, loved the space to relax/spread out). The kitchen is great- has everything you need to eat in. There is a great grocery store (Busch's) just next to the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal- great choice of healthy, non-healthy, hot & cold items. The staff is very friendly, helpful & professional. There is a small pool, but it is spotless & a great place for the kids to enjoy. Don't have anything to complain about & would definitely stay here again next time we are in Ann Arbor!

One of the nicest Residence Inn properties I have stayed in. The grounds, room and hotel are very well kept. Upon my Wednesday night arrival, I was warmly greeted and treated to a tasty Middle Eastern buffet. My room was cleaned exactly when asked. I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hall outside my room which I mentioned to the staff. The next day, the entire hall carpet had been shampooed. Every staff member I met was kind and professional. Elie one of the front desk agents, went above and beyond when she helped me feed my very picky dog. I hope to return to this property!
