While the original 1800s brick and batten siding and hardwood floors were carefully preserved and restored, every other aspect of the property is brand new or thoughtfully upgraded to the highest standards, including:
- Bathrooms and Kitchens: Fully redesigned with high-end finishes, fixtures, and appliances
- Furniture: Each unit is fully furnished with brand-new, premium pieces selected for both style and comfort. As of November 2024, the appliances still bear their tags.

The building has been converted into an entire luxury living space with two full kitchens and two living rooms on the first and second floor, with two bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor.
