Walk everywhere from this historic city-center neighborhood just west of Main Street--campus, restaurants, and stadium. This large modernized home offers four-five bedrooms, three with attached full baths that provide private zones for couples and families in your group. Two twin beds may be set up in a large fifth room, the doors of which close for privacy. Enjoy three floors, five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an arbor-covered patio, firepit, free safe parking, high-speed wifi, sling TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hilly, leafy neighborhood outside, and the smoke-free, pet-free, and dust-mite-free interior create a clean, comfortable accommodation for a family or group. Most bookings are for a weekend; please ask about a third night steep discount for football weekends. Also, note that I do not charge a cleaning fee or collect taxes.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great weekend in Ann Arbor!

We found the house to be as advertised and per the pictures on VRBO. It was perfect for our group and the owner/host Brenda could not have been nicer! She was very accessible and went out of her way to help us. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Experience!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was once again perfect! Excellent location near downtown A2 and the stadium. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and very well furnished. And can't say enough about the property owner who go above and beyond to ensure that stay is a 10 out of 10. All of her attention to detail is very much appreciated! Looking forward to our next trip back to Ann Arbor and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay on a perfect weekend

Brenda’s lovely home was just as lovely as we hoped and the perfect place for our family stay in Ann Arbor. The home was so perfect and inviting we spent more time at the house enjoying the great kitchen, cozy living room, comfy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms than we expected. We had a wonderful time staying here for our 25-year reunion. The property is located perfectly, walking distance to the stadium, downtown and campus area.
