The suite was fantastic - tons of room for us and our two teenagers. The seating area was nice to play cards. Beds were very comfortable. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and thorough. Only couple issues were that outside smelled strongly of weed, and the HVAC units would blow cool air for a few minutes before warming up everytime they kicked on. We'd stay here again!

Customer service upon arriving was horrible the lady charged me twice for the same stay $500 for 2 nights management was horrible as well making smart remarks on my bank accounts just horrendous service in general

The property needs better maintenance, such as an elevator is broken and unusable, and the rooms are show signs of wear and tear, but overall the hotel is fine and clean.
