It needs a sign out by the main road. I almost missed it had I not looked up the other hotels sharing the same side street. It was clean hotel, bit outdated. I didn't care for the specific location of my room in the building because I got the scent of smoke and weed from smokers outside drafting inside. But, you know, this ESA did the trick and fulfilled a need for our trip to Ann Arbor. Also liked the option of bringing pets (few hotels in the area let you).

Nice reasonable place to stay, the only issue I had was the trash can wasn't emptied from the previous customer.

They don’t give you room service unless you request it.And I think that’s unsanitary. They also close their front desk so at night you have no way of getting anything taken care of.

Was not happy, end up changing hotels completely!!

Nice clean room, lots of space. No ice machine and the trays in freezer were empty, but front desk gave us a small bag of ice to get started. I will stay here again

The property was very nice and we would stay again. However we didn't realize it only had a grab and go breakfast with no real protein. But now we know there is a kitchen and we could have brought what we wanted for breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

I liked the location and the cost. I was disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the facility.

The employees were great and very helpful to new comers to the area. The room was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. It was a very nice “home” replacement for a few days. Would recommend to anyone just passing through or spending some time in Ann Arbor. Thank you!

We were sent to a room first that wasnt cleaned at all, then sent to another room that had dirty floors and bedding that hadnt been changed, disappointing

After a long trip from NJ to Ann Arbor with our kids, we really had a low threshold for a place to rest our heads. Unfortunately, when we pulled up we were greeted by a crew of unsavory characters in the small unwelcoming prisonlike lobby. The clerk seemed not to care a bit about the conditions of the hotel or the safety of a family with children. On our way to the room, we were accosted by the overpowering smell of smoke, alchohol and urine throughout the establishment. Upon entering our allegedly nonsmoking room, we were hit with an even stronger smell of smoke and other unsavory aromas. We soon discovered an ashtray (albeit clean, to give this establishment what little it is due) and an open window apparently intended to air out the room. The room was dingy, and poorly equipped. We immediately returned to the front desk clerk, who seemed to not be surprised or to care at all about our shock over how poorly this establishment is run. He certainly didn't disabuse us of the notion that this place was not a safe place for a family to stay. Honestly, it seemed to be less a hotel and more of a flophouse inhabited by folks who couldnt pass a credit check for an apartment. We didnt see any business travelers at all there, either. There were other unsavory sorts in the parking lot as well as we escaped to safer accomodations elsewhere in the area.[...] the worst I've had in 40 years of travelling, including all the cruddy motels and pensiones I've put up with while travelling off the beaten path in the US and Europe. Stay away. You're better off tilting your seat back and sleeping in your car.

Kinda run down. Anyone staying here long term is in for a real disappointment. False labeling of this. Seems like a $50.00 room for which i paid well more than that.
