Very nice, bartender was extremely rude to customers. Other than that the front desk staff was lovely and kids loved the pool!
We only spent one night so didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but we were very pleased with the staff, who were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious and we liked having the microwave and mini fridge in our room.

Convenient location and well kept...ample parking. Justice at front desk helped us out most professionally with an early check-in. This really helped get us out of a scheduling jam we were in! Excellent service Justice.
A very nice hotel, well-located, excellent staff. Our only gripe was we got a handicapped-accessible room which was actually less convenient for us, the shower was an issue for example. Not worth the trouble of changing rooms over, but it would have been nice to have known in advance so we could switch before we came.
Near the highway and Ann Arbor mall. Room was clean, but pretty basic for the price.
I stayed here with my 3 small children to celebrate a birthday. We had a wonderful time. The zero entry pool was perfect for me to be able to watch all 3 of my kids under age 5 play safely in the water. The area that is designated for the small children has a max depth of around 2 feet, so they had plenty of space to roam without getting too deep. The pool hours are also great - 5am-10pm, which means when they woke up at 5:30 excited, we went straight to the pool. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is kept up very nicely. The rooms are a decent size, nothing fancy, but clean.
