Adequate, clean Front desk staff weren't as helpful as desired

The suite was very comfortable and I loved the separate walk in shower and tub.

Took the kids here for their birthday so they can swim. The hotel is very nice and I love the atmosphere. This will be the second time we have stayed here. On this visit our room was 325. At first we loved the room because it's a large room probably since it's a wheel chair a accessible room. However, when we finished swimming and it was time for bed this room was so loud due to the large air system right outside the window. It was as if a large jet plane was taking off every 3-5 minutes. I could not sleep and as well as my kids. After an hour of this I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk to request a room change. The front desk assistant quickly responded and gave us a room on the other side. Oh also as I was calling the front desk I happened to glance behind the night stand which something caught my eye. It was a clipped toe nail...yuck!!!

Love this place...miniature water park (mushroom shower, spouting whale, watered slide, dumping 3 gallon pail) was sooo fun! Pool toys included, beach balls, noodles, diving toys, basketball for hoop in the pool!!! Can't think of a better place to stay in Ann Arbor. Staff was so courteous, helpful and professional!!! Looking forward to coming back soon!

We recently stayed at the hotel when we had a doctor's appointment at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Clinic. Only stayed one night but everything was great. Clean, very comfortable and the service was top notch!!

We stayed just one night when we recently visited the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center. Hotel was very clean and convenient - within 15 minutes of the University of Michigan. Definitely will go back - Great stay!

hotel was perfect for football weekend in Ann Arbor

Hotel was clean; staff was friendly and helpful. 10-15 minuute drive to campus.

I was staying at the hotel as part of a wedding party. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with anything needed for the wedding party. I picked up food for the bridal parties and the staff was nice enough to provide us with a silver tray to set the food on.

We were in town for a wedding and found the hotel a convenient distance to downtown Ann Arbor, as well as neighboring Ypsilanti. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Fun pool for the kids. Great gym to workout in. The breakfast wasn't free but it was a good deal.

This is a well appointed new hotel. Parking is pathetic. I had to park at the mall next door with about 20 other guest in the middle of the winter because there was an event at the hotel. The kids loved the pool and the location was very convenient for events at UM.

The hotel was perfectly appointed, clean, and was way more than I expected for the price and location. I'd definitely stay here again, it perfectly suited my needs.

Terrific pool for younger children. I liked the complimentary tea and coffee aviailable all day long in the lobby. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I found myself in Ann Arbor again.

Everything was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Very clean, very friendly, and we are already talking about our next stay there. We recommend this hotel like crazy!!
