i checked in and advised my key quit working. lady was pleasing and helpful. gave new set of keys and they would not work. she gave me an override key and said maintenance would be in next morning. next day when she was back she asked if it was taken care of and it wasn't. she wrote a note and again was very pleasing. after being gone all day for my wife's surgery and getting back the lock was still not repaired! same lady was not there so i did not say a word as i was checking out next morning and i still had override key. i was not happy!!!!!

Small bathroom with lack of bathroom stuffs no proper soap and sampoo

Good budget hotel experience. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and reasonably priced

We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites for three nights while moving our son to Ann Arbor. It was conveniently located to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and the University. The building itself is in need of a little sprucing up but the bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot with excellent spray, and the television was good quality with an excellent channel selection (maybe the best I have seen). The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the grounds and rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was very good and typical of this sort of establishment (although I would rate it a bit higher). For the price that we paid ($72 per night), the Comfort Inn was a real bargain and we will definitely stay again.

Nice enough for the price the room was clean and comfortable but the location was loud. Cleaning staff started vacuuming before 7am making for morning sleep impossible. Asked for late check out and that was not recorded by the check in staff. Morning staff was rude about the request.

Overall the hotel was fine and a good location. My biggest problem was where my room was located. Since the hotel was not fully booked they should not put people in the rooms nect to or across from the dining area. Staff need to remember that people are sleeping. I was awoken at 5:45 am with staff welcoming each other for the morning.

We had a good time at this hotel. We enjoyed warm and clean pool, good full breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Great location! Thank you very much! I didn't regret about my choice!

Everything was as expected and in line with low rate on room. Hotel room and common areas seem to have been recently updated. We went for a Friday overnight to let kids play in the pool and that went well except jacuzzi jets didn't work. The room was small - sleeping part was okay and just accommodated a king bed and roll away, but bathroom was teeny. No space for toiletries, shower and toilet room door darn near brushes toilet when you open it. Morning breakfast spread was great! So for breakfast, a night in a room, and two private swimming pool dips, worth it but wouldn't have wanted to pay any additional.

First room, heat on max, took over an hour to get comfortable. Left for dinner, returned to smoke alarm beeping. Apparently maintenance came in while we were out and tested the alarm, leaving it on test mode. Didnt appreciate them being in room while we were away. After alarm was reset, started beeping again. Staff unable to change battery. Switched to new room at 9pm. This room was freezing cold. Front desk unhelpful, rude. I was promised a refund, but have not received one. Would not recommend place to anyone.

Where to start? How does this place get a 4.0? While the staff was friendly and hard working, this hotel overall is in need of a wrecking ball. $170/ night for a room with carpet that is falling apart, an old HVAC unit that smells, average at best "Free breakfast" (I'd go elsewhere for breakfast), and has zero sound insulation. You can hear the water pipes and people. There are better options in town..keep looking.

nice discount hotel - great bed! Breakfast fine. Staff pleasant and friendly.

I stayed here for work. The hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. I would stay here again. It was very relaxing

Hotel is a good value so I have stayed there several times. This trip was marred by a loud party in the adjacent room on Saturday night. It went on quite late.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Ann Arbor for Valentine's Day. We had an amazing day in the city and it was nice to go back and relax and also wake up to a great breakfast! If we ever stay in Ann Arbor again we will definitely be coming back!

Hotel met expectations. Clean looking lobby. Clean room. Plenty of space. Parking was tricky. We checked in early, but arrived later in the evening and did not find a parking spot so we had to park along a nearby curve. Across the street is a very nice shopping mall with some good food options. Conveniently next to the interstate.

Have stayed many times over the last few years, when visitng daughter at UMich. Always clean, pleasant, convenient.

room was clean, water was hot and pressurized, cleaning service was fine. for the money, it was a good value.

ok room, staff young, breakfast fair, location was good for us

The hotel was very accommodating and was a great location. It was close to the university of Michigan and the mall.
