The rooms have clearly suffered from indifferent, or perhaps, underfunded, maintenance for many years. It was cold in our room, but there were no extra blankets as are usually found. There were exactly two towels, no hand towels, and no washcloths. Though there was coffee in the lobby, it was in a Bunn pot that sat for hours before being rebrewed. We chose it because the Red Roof Inn had jumped to $100 a night (?!?!?). I guess you get what you pay for.

Wonderful rooms and nice jacuzzi in it and very spaced out great place

Well I paid for a king suite with a garden tub. What I got was an economy room with a plugged up toilet a bed you can feel the springs and an attitude from the front desk. I left at 330 am because I was so upset. I messed up, and payed for two reservations because I didn't think that it went through the first time. So I was charged 245 bucks for one economy room in the end. Don't ever go here it's not a proper establishment.

The hotel room was not very clean and the continental breakfast was not desirable.

Very disappointing. The room had a musty, dirty smell. There was hair in the bath tub. The hotel was in very poor condition. I will never stay there again.

It was nice for the Price, it has a nice Tia Restaurant located in the Hotel also.

The hotel is tired. The staff is immigrant. Apparently they believe that Americans don't understand how terrible the Soviet Union was and wish to remind us. The place is dirty. Apparently their eyes and vacuum cleaners don't work other than the middle of the carpets. Having been a janitor I marvels at he amount of filth on the sides and corners of the rugs in the hall and room. My wife found a couple of dead critters in her sheets. I slept on top of the sheets. I am used to motel 6 etc off the highways for $39 a night. There is no price to express their apparent love of filth. The pile of cigarette butts outside the broken rear door floating in the ash tray said it all. Truly gross.

Pool closed, running toilet entire 1-day stay (even after maintenance "fixed"), garbage in stairwell, external doors that require hotel key to enter building do not lock...do not stay here. Only positive is that it is close to plenty of stores/restaurants.

Filled with smoke smell :(. Very old, dated and not upgraded in anyway.

Dirty, not vacuumed, no pads on mattress, no comforter, just awful.

Orbitz and any others like them should remove this as an alternative on their sites.

Bed bugs. Would not refund the money and said sorry all other rooms booked. Horrible. Never stay here under any circumstance

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed at and I have traveled economically a lot. The grounds are poorly maintained, but the major problem is safety. The back door of the property does not lock, so anyone can enter the building at any time. The room was dated. The phone did not work and this became a serious problem for me when another guest started screaming profanities and throwing this around the room. This continued for over an hour. I was a woman traveling alone and I was petrified. DO NOT STAY HERE, PLEASE.

The first room smelled overwhelmingly of mold and dirty gym socks and the carpet around the bathroom was sopping wet. We were given a new room and an excuse that the last person in the room had not closed the shower curtain and that was the reason for the wetness. Why put someone in the room then? The 2nd room (as well as the hotel itself) reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. The walls were covered in substances that I hope were pizza sauce and the floor was grimy and dirty and probably as old as the hotel itself. Also fairly certain I was bit by some sort of bug--red dots around the ankles. The cable also didn't work in the 2nd room we were in--but we were too tired to care at that point. We didn't even stay the 2nd night we were intending to.

My stay was fine because it was an emergency. I was not pleased to find out that i really didn't save by using the online registration. The roof was leaking and the lining in the tub popped up while running my bath water and plaster was all in my water. the toliet seat was broken and the tv had a very bad picture almost like the tube was dying. For emergency purposes it was ok, but if i was booking for a vaction, no way no how.
