Let's start with the favorable—great location right on the boardwalk at 15th St. The downside is that my room 314 was both a mess and a challenge for me. The bathroom was the real issue. A toilet set in a space so small that someone my size/6`-2" 240, could barely fit in the space. This is, of course, a built-in issue with no real solution. However, the bathroom doorknob with no screws holding it together, and the plate around the water handle in the shower with no screws holding it in place, allowing it to flop around. The dirty, grimy toilet seat and the bent, damaged towel bar. These are all cheap, easy fixes and should be done immediately. The only reason for these issues to exist that I can see is the willful disregard of the people staying there.

Staff was great. Easy move in-out, especially when switching rooms after the first two nights.

The property is old but charming however it could use so work. The carpet through the hotel was dirty and will aggravate respiratory conditions. The toilet would run for hours if you didn’t play with the handle each time you flushed it. The staff was friendly and the property is in a good location, but parking was very limited.

Porch with rocking chairs

Cant beat the oceanfront property and the covered porch and rocking chairs and comfy lobby. The staff was great very friendly and attentive. The rooms however are out of date and need attention. The carpet and chairs are stained to the point that I did not want to walk on the carpet even in socks and I refuse to sit in the chair. The carpet needs to be pulled up and I suggest some fake wood flooring that is easy to sweep the sand off of and clean. The showers in the bathroom also leave a lot to be desired the water spills out of the shower and the bathroom is extremely small.

It was very dirty. It stunk. The rooms are small the carpet was gross. Worst experience ever

Hotel is in a great location on the boardwalk and has a nice pool area. The lobby has been recently renovated but the rooms could use some updating. We were excited about having an oceanfront room but it was so noisy all night that we will never rent that type of room again. It wasn’t just “boardwalk” noise, there were people playing music on speakers all hours of the night and early morning and people were so loud talking and arguing on the covered porch outside our window. We were happy to have a fridge in our room and the staff were all courteous.

The room itself was pretty bad. It was very humid, and our bathroom smelled moldy. Our towels and bathing suits never dried even when we hung them up. It was a great location on the boardwalk, but would definitely not stay there again.

Hotel is very old,,,elevator broke down twice while we were staying there,,,if your not looking for 5 star this is an ok one for ppl that like the "all I need is a bed and a shower" nice that it is right on the boardwalk.

Hotel room small, to old, no microwave. No where to set toiletries in bathroom.

The staff was friendly and readily available for us. Room was clean. Would stay again.
