Great Place. Renovated

A lot more pros than cons.Pros...The place is nice and clean. Includes all that you'd expect and more (utensils, linens, games, etc ) all of which works.I was told it was renovated this past winter and most of the condo looks it. The owner responds quickly.To enter each time, enter a simple code.It includes passes to the pool and beach shower. The grounds are in good shape and the people are nice. Cons...There was often a little glass in the parking lot.I had to hide some lamps that look nice but fragile due to having babies. In the middle of the night (415am) we heard a crashing sound so we rushed into the kids bedroom (2 double beds) to find a large framed mirror that had fallen and shattered on the ground. 2 year old daughter was still sleeping (!) so I know that she did not cause it. I told step-father and he said whoever put up the mirror should have used more than 1 screw. I informed the owner of what happened less than 24 hours later (it's non-stop with 2 babies) including that I cleaned up the mess and his response was more so that I should have let them know sooner and they'll assess the damage than I'm so sorry to hear this and I'm glad that no one got hurt. Last, I missed the email on the last day (recommend sending sooner) that we were supposed to collect all of the linens etc. so we did not do that. However, we did leave the place in good condition. And the owner didn't complain to us about it. So as long as he didn't rate us poorly then we're good!
