Welcome to the perfect beach villa for your entire family or group! Our classic, comfortable home is designed for making memories, with bright, natural light filling every room.



Settle into the cozy living room after a day in the sun. Prepare delicious meals in the full galley kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and an adjoining separate dining room. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one that has been newly renovated with a stylish, modern touch.



Step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze from the large wraparound front porch or the upper-level balcony. The private, fenced-in backyard is your own oasis with a deck, a relaxing hammock, and a BBQ area. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at this location! Close to beach and boardwalk. Loved the fenced in yard and covered patio. As well as the backyard space for grilling and just hanging with the family.

The Downtown Villa worked out great for our family. The location was excellent. So nice to be able to walk across the street and the boardwalk and beach were right there. We only used our cars once to go go-carting. The porch was a nice, cool place to sit and people watch. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short! Thank you Jodi for being a responsive, great host.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had such a great time at the beach villa! The location was perfect – literally a block from the beach, so it was very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The neighborhood was really nice, and we loved how much space the property had.The yard was awesome, especially with that privacy fence in the back. And that double outdoor shower is super handy for rinsing off after the beach.The house had plenty of room, and the wrap-around deck was a huge plus. It was the perfect spot to chill and stay cool, while playing cornhole.The listing description was spot-on. It's a great beach villa for a family or group. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which was great because I brought my dog!The location is amazing – you can walk to the boardwalk, there are also lots of restaurants, water sports, and fishing charters nearby.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would totally recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beach vacation, whether it's a group trip or even a smaller family getaway with a dog!
