Will be coming back. Just away from the elevator.
The hotel and room are very clean. The room was gorgeous. Plenty of space, pillows and didnt have to ask for extra towels of anything. Only downside is if you're near the elevator you hear the noise of up/down every time.

false advertisement, it looks like a nice family hotel but the photos make it seem better than what it is. The pool was freezing, its an indoor pool so that was unexpected. the are around the pool was unclean. the arcade is 4 games in the laundry room. and they started constuction before 9 am without notice.

The hotel was nice, but the noise from the hallways is terrible. If you are a light sleeper at all, I would recommend not staying there. Everytime someone gets off the elevator, you can hear them all the way to the end of the hallway. It almost sounds like they are in your room

Rooms were very clean but shower faucet could use an update. The swimming pool was heater was broken but the hot tub made up for it. The indoor play area in the pool area was fun for kids.

It is a beautiful hotel. Rooftop bar . Beautiful view of the city and ocean. However, I will never stay there again because of their $9.95 resort fee on top of what I had to pay with Hotels.com.
