Just stayed here over the weekend with my husband and 3 kids. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!
Large rooms, pleasant balconies. Older property but well maintained. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and linens. We have stayed here several times and look forward to doing it again in the future.
Great location and pet friendly!
Very nice place to stay. The hot tub was easy to fill and worked wonderfully. The best thing about it was having our dog stay with us.
Location is great. AC was very noisy making it hard to sleep. Floors were sticky. Shower was dirty
The room had broken elements on the balcony and in the bathroom. Nothing that could be fixed by maintanence, but that's just the condition of the room Also, they were out of decent towels and instead had terrible scratchy small towels for 5 out of 6 days, when we finally got one good soft towel.
Most of staff was nice it seemed as if everything in the hotel was the cheapest they could get, the towels and wash clothes where like sand paper the beds where hard and mostly everything needs to be remodeled. We wont be coming back.
We loved staying right on the boardwalk. It was a great location. Lots of food options and a quick walk to the beach and also close to the public restrooms. This hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. Our room was beach front which was great. But our sliding glass door didn't lock and the handle was hanging on with duck tape. It was also super hard to open and close. Our phone in our room didn't work. When i mentioned it to the front desk attendant, she said oh sorry this is a old hotel and alot of things are broken, we don't have any other ones, just come down to the desk if you need something. There also appeared to be mold on our ceiling in our room. And the air conditioner never really got cold. The housekeeping staff was great and super friendly. Alway available for extra towels and bathroom supply. Overall it was a nice location, but just really needs cleaned up. Especially for the price that we payed to stay there.
Been staying at Paradise Plaza since I was a kid. Naturally, all Ocean City Ocean Front Hotels have a little dirt to them (from all the sand, seawater, traffic, etc). But for Ocean City, it’s about what you’d expect…it’s no resort, but it’s location on the boardwalk makes up for any flaws. I’ll be coming back again…Paradise Plaza is still my number one choice for an ocean front hotel in OC…
Property is old. They are doing their best though, I think they were renovating a room while we were there. Living area is clean and spacious. Carpet on balcony should be removed. Literally right on the beach/boardwalk. Overall good place.
Was told we could also park at the 2nd parking lot was after being parked there for 3days our vehicle was towed and took 3hours before was able to get the vehicle back and was left sitting outside with our luggage and kids the day we had to leave
On the Boardwalk Great Staff & pet friendly. Tri-fecta!
This was the first time at Ocean City and I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel!
Filthy run down room
I love that they allow pets!
My reservation was for a room suite with a jacuzzi(orbitz app said that it was available) only to get there and the room not be available.
Fabulous location and dog friendly. No restrictions on pets. Just dirty unfortunately
