Lovely condo! Spacious, convenient to ocean, restaurants and stores. Have rented this condo for the past three years and always enjoy.

Great condo, no refund of deposit

We really liked the condo. The manager, Grace, was responsive to emails to pay the deposit etc. I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have emailed her twice. The next step is the Better Business Bureau. There is no reason i should not receive a full refund. I was planning to book from her next year and had even spoken to her about it. It's very disappointing as she seemed like she would be a good contact for our future vacations.
