They have a great outdoor bar with music and excellent service! The rooms are a little dated, but are very clean. The oceanfront balcony is very relaxing.

I loved Castle in the Sand! I was in town for an event, and ended up loving the hotel! Parking was easy and convenient, was pleasantly surprised by the ocean view, loved Coconuts, easy to get to the boardwalk, and the staff was incredibly friendly! I may come back to OC just to stay here!

Came in for Oveans Calling and was totally pleased with the size of the room and the kitchenette amenities. Public transportation was extremely close, Coconuts bar was cool and their daily happy hour with musicians was a vibe. Food was super good too.

Beautiful beachfront view. Amazing pool with a handicap accessible lift for the pool. They also have beach wheel chairs for use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had awesome water pressure. Bands playing on the patio in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast buffet was not free but was reasonable and delicious
