Great 3 bedroom 2 bath property on boardwalk ocean front. well appointed, kitchen stocked, and mini splits in each room. aaplainces worked well! Will stay again.

Excellent location, appropriate amenities. The price is just right for the neighborhood and the living area. We would definitely be back again. I just have two suggestions: 1) the house needs maintenance — it’s a little worn out and 2) your eero WiFi extender needs to be redone — since it’s not broadcasting the router causing zero signal to other areas of the condo. Lastly, a minor info for the readers, there is a Spring Hill suite coming right next to the condo — expected to launch from 2028 — the daytime construction noise maybe bother some to folks who would just like to handout at the balcony for the ocean view.
