I can’t say enough positive things about all the staff. They are all well manner and courteous. I was top floor oceanfront at my request with balcony. Peaceful quiet. The maintenance man Edward even fixed my walker and refused to take a tip. The only thing I would definitely suggest is a cabana boy for second building pool. Loved will visit again.

Wonderful staff starting from GM to room attendant Anna and Nikola. Loved the room and pool. Excellent lobby scent. The pool was a hit specially the Bar & Grill. John was a 5 star employee. One of the most attentive and caring waiter. Great Job. We will be back again.

Great Beach Weekend!

Good price for peak season. Two pools and a view of the ocean, plus enough bedding for 2 adults and 3 kids. We loved being on the boardwalk and the ocean! The lobby was very nice as was the upper deck pool bar. We had a great stay and it was a great value.

Staff is great. Refrigerator in our room was iced over when we checked in and the maintenance team was great, they swapped it right out. Everything is a little outdated and needs upgrading now. The coffee maker still had a capsule in it so that was a bit upsetting when I was trying to run water through it for tea.

My Family and I loved our 3 day stay. Location, View/balcony, room was all Perfect. Only complaint we have is the 1st bed when walking in room 326 had a horrid fish smell odor. My husband got very frustrated with it because it was beyond just changing the covers and sheets. It was embedded in the mattress. My guess is a child probably had an accident and obviously that would end up smelling. I told front desk about 10pm at night and they were not able to change my room but had house keeping immediately come to my room and do their best with changing and adding layers of sheets which did help the smell but still yuck. Staff was super friendly and always cleaning hallways and lobby areas. I def would go back and hopefully they take this review and get rid of that mattress. Also mattresses are not comfortable at all but will do for few nights i guess. Pool was cute and clean. Having the bar/food area is def a bonus for the adults!
