They did not clean rooms. Long check in time due to no cleaning staff. Terrible experience. Will never go there again.

Roof top pool cool No roof top bar though, must be a weekend gig.

Lobby smells like alcohol. Room wasn’t cleaned first day. I called to get service to the room and was told okay. Then after waiting a while I was told this couldn’t be done till tomorrow. My room wasn’t cleaned the second day either but luckily after I found a housekeeper in the hall they got around to cleaning my room.

This property is overpriced. We found dirt , mold, and ceiling tiles falling down. Had to call security twice during the night for fights and drinks in the hall outside our room.

While the location is great, there really is nothing else good I can say about this place. I looked at the reviews beforehand and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it’s exactly what the reviews say. We traveled over 3 hours and get to a long check in line at around 4:45 and are told our room isn’t ready yet and to come back. Nobody gave me a time or estimate. We figured we’d wait somewhere and call in a bit to check the status even though we had nowhere to go. We go find a nearby parking lot and hang around in the car for an hour. I call the hotel and spoke with a woman named Barbara who was very nice and told me to come back in a half hour. So it’s now almost 6pm and we’re waiting in another long line and finally check in around 6:15. I guess I should’ve expected the place to be busy on July 4th weekend but I spent almost $400 on one room for ONE night. You would think they would treat us a little better. I felt bad for the front desk staff as there were so many people in line complaining and customers coming down to complain about room issues. The girls in the front were friendly and did the best they could - I think management needs to do a better job with ensuring that customers can indeed check in At 4pm. If not, then I think you ought to change the check in time or give customers a heads up/courtesy call. Unless you are paying less than $100 a night, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This is truly a 2 star hotel.

No wi-fi in room, only in lobby, my room was divided with next room with connected locked door only with totally stranger people, no privacy, hear them like they are my room actually there my room because there wasn’t wall between to rooms only door... curtain was smell of dust also broke ... air conditioning side has a space between to wall, cold ocean breeze blowing through my room from outside , when i open heater bad burn smell full the room in a just 10 second and didn’t go away hours i get sick after that... the room was totally junk, like homeless home not hotel... the old lady in the lobby wasn’t nice to us, she was like strict teacher rebuke her student with her harsh tone, the other two young employees and cleaning employees was very nice and friendly...

The staff was rude, my check in was around 6 PM and the room smell bad.

Great location, so many options to go around the area.

Nice place to stay. Quiet . It would be nice if they have exercise room.

Conviently located. Hotel is clean the staff was fine. The price was very good.

beer cans and cups left from previous occupant. Window leaked when it rained.

Princess is an amazing hotel..... for it's location directly next to Seacrets resort. As for as being modern, well upkept, or comfortable this rates very poorly. The hotel style is old, the flooring and paint is old, the bathroom was small and didn't have a fan. The water pressure was bad as well. For 300 a night the rooms were more on the scale of an econolodge than a resort hotel.

Like the 48th street rental right behind hotel. Everything was good. Only slight disappointment was the couch (and maybe mattresses) could be a bit newer.

I booked online through orbits, but needed to cancel and rebook. I was charged a cancellation fee although I was within my window of free cancellation. I had to change my room because the toilet broke. There was a cockroach in the lobby. Water was pouring from the ceiling outside of the room next to mine. There were used water bottles under the bed because the room wasn't properly cleaned.

Good hotel and location for the price, right next door to secrets

Great view from our room. Exceptional front desk staff

Hotel staff stalked everyone in there rooms on their balconies like we were doing something wrong?? Like what? No room service as advertised. Breakfast was mediocre and we were over charged for it. I would not recommend this location unless you want no privacy, no service and like being stalked even in the parking lot.

It was terrible I don't recommend this place the only thing that was good was it was next to secrets. The water pressure sucked. No room service. Elevators were so old they wouldn't stop shaking. Did not care for the rude attitude at check in.The cleaning people didn't come clean our room until the second night so we had to use napkins for toilet paper and had no towels no mirrors besides the bathroom one.THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Aside from the rooms being ridiculously overpriced for a small dirty space. dont trash your money
