This is one of the oldest hotels left in Ocean City. It's an aging classy lady that we all know and love. The room was Bayside, small queen but it was meticulous and adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But we came for the stunning views and the small private beach where you can relax or even fish or just sit for hours and watch the boats pass through the inlet. I'm sure during the summer it's full of families, however in October it was quiet and pleasant. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at a hotel I've passed by for 50 years and we're definitely stay again

The first room they gave us didn’t even have a microwave. The hot water wasn’t working and the shower was clogged. It smelled way too small. So they negotiated with us and gave us a bigger room for the same $130.00 that room smelled way better and actually had a microwave. I cleaned it, and it was cleaner than when I walked in

Had a nice view of the water though separated by a parking lot. Nice little beach area. I rated this as excellent because even though it older and there were a few flaws (tear in the carpet) it was clean and the staff were excellent. Very nice people who are eager to make your stay great. Excellent location. Went for a weekend concert and the walk was very close. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to Ocean City for this concert and this was by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed. We just really need a place to sleep as we are out enjoying what Ocean City has to offer and Oceanic did not disappoint. Small, but what we needed. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival I was not provided with a room comparable to the Expedia listing and instead put into an interior courtyard(ish) room with a group of shady, homeless looking people sitting around. I opened the door, looked into the room and immediately left. It was tiny, dirty looking, bathroom no bigger than my pantry closet. I am still fighting to get a full refund and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Location was convenient; the room overall was dated, dirty, and small. Lots of smokers sitting outside in the chairs in front of the room so you can hear the conversations and smell the smoke. I'd never stay here again. Price was reasonable and we made the most of it, but not at all as pictured.

Even though this motel is older it was in pretty good shape. Best location overall since you are on the inlet and can see the ocean too.
Small rooms and the shower was closet sized.

We've stayed here quite a few times. And although the carpets are very outdated and not very clean its a great place to stay! The view is spectacular!! I get most my sunrise and sunset pictures there!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Of course we'd stay there again!!
