We stayed Friday through Monday & had to call down twice before housekeeping came up & then they didn’t even come in the room just handed us clean towels & washcloths then I had to get all the trash & hand it to them as they waited outside the room but they were extremely nice

Rooms were clean a bit of sand on floors but it’s a beach town it’s to be expected. Staff were friendly. Parking lot is tight. My car got hit twice in the parking garage. Once someone backed into it and the second one was someone opening a door into mine bc it’s so tight.

The beach was visible from the balcony. Bathroom was in rough shape, rusted door frame, stains on the floor. Overall room condition was poor Parking was terrible, we had to park 2 blocks away from the hotel

This hotel was perfect for the Oceans Calling Music Festival! It was just a quick walk down the boardwalk! The hotel was accomidating with extra towels and blankets.

Amazing views, excellent front desk , Mickey was sweet and informative. Rooms need to be updated, fridge was wobbly we had ti use cardboard to even it out so it wpuld stay shut. The biggest negative was the bed. It was hard ans uncomfortable.

Website pictures are misleading, not on beach side. No staff present. Very limited parking, outdated, balconies are in very rough shape, layout is confusing with two building. Not maintained well.

What a great place that was close to the festival to go back and forth as needed. We were close to a ton of restaurants and ships, the location was everything. My son & hubby ate at the pool bar and said the food was good. The front desk workers were great, very friendly. We'd totally go back
