I liked the size of the primum king room and king bed. I like how close the property was to everything. I did not like when we checked in multiple people were complaining about there rooms and the staff was very overwhelmed by an event that was going on. I didn't like that we had not water on Sunday when we were getting ready to check out. I spoke with a manager about my concerns and he was not able to provide us with any compensation because we booked through a 3rd party, orbitz. Very frustrating!

Poor experience. Elevators were slow and always full. Took so long to get to the room and down to the lobby. Room was very dark. Not enough lights. Only one mirror in the entire room, which was in the bathroom. Need more mirrors and lights. Room smelled musty. AC not working, so was always hot.

Dirty room, a lemon peel and a couple pills under the dresser and night stand on day 1 of arriving to our room. We had nice normal sized towels on day one, on all of the other days we were left tiny towels that seemed meant for your hair and not your body. Parking is a joke, we had to park across the street in the visitor parking lot most times because the actual parking lot was full.

We love the all in one atmosphere with the couple of bars and the wonderful sunroom. The beach side bar was definitely a favorite. We love the fact that umbrellas and beach chairs were included and even had bar service on the beach. However, there were a couple things that made it less than perfect stay. The ice machines for the most part didn’t work except on floor three, and we were on floor 15. We had asked for non-allergenic bedding and had to ask for it a second time. All of the staff were kind and helpful, and the price was right for the included amenities. Would definitely return.

Terrible hotel

Not a good stay, check in front desk personnel seemed inept and incompetent amd Carin was borderline rude and unhelpful and ignored half the people who addressed her. They said that they would call me when rokm was ready and never did. I waited for 90 mins after latest check in at 4pm and never received the call. They didnt offer me a parking permit at check in as well for the car. Elevators are some of the worst in the industry and i was tempted to walk up to 15th floor but was advised against since the stairwells are not conditioned. We waited on average 10 minutes to go up and down easy, if not more. To add to that, on every elevator journey, hotel and cleaning staff were using the elevators which added to the packed elevators factor. The room was not bad, the bathroom door couldnt be opened all the way and you have to enter it sideways. And you can forget about room noise isolation - there is none. This hotel was NOT worth the premium they charge and i would avoid this hotel like the plague.
