I liked the size of the primum king room and king bed. I like how close the property was to everything. I did not like when we checked in multiple people were complaining about there rooms and the staff was very overwhelmed by an event that was going on. I didn't like that we had not water on Sunday when we were getting ready to check out. I spoke with a manager about my concerns and he was not able to provide us with any compensation because we booked through a 3rd party, orbitz. Very frustrating!

Not great. Dirty room and common area. Stuck in elevator for 20 mins. The entire place is in desperate need of a refresh and new staff. We left a day early and didn’t even feel bad about wasting the $300. First and last time going to Ashore.

Very clean. Except for one very nice foreign girl at the front desk, the other front desk people (2 ladies and 1 man) were rude and couldn’t be bothered to recognize that we were standing there. No smiles. Just stared down and barely answered us.

Getaway Weekend

The Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only complaint we would have was our room was right by the elevator which was extremely loud when other people stepped off the elevator late at night after midnight. Next time we would request to be far from the elevator. The Food at the restaurant was sub par also. We only ate breakfast there the first day, then found outside restaurants for every other meal.

This was meant to be a birthday trip, but it became an extremely distressing experience due to how my reservation and safety concerns were mishandled. Key Details 1. Reservation Ownership • I made the reservation and paid for it in full. • Following an incident with the two people listed under my booking, I requested that they be removed from the reservation. • I was told this could only be handled by Expedia, while Expedia insisted it was the hotel’s responsibility. This back-and-forth resulted in no action by either party. 2. Request to Cancel Reservation • Because I no longer felt safe, I then asked that the entire reservation be canceled. • I made it clear that I was not requesting a refund at that time—I only wanted the reservation canceled so the other guests could not remain under my booking. 3. Safety Concerns • I left the property because I did not feel safe or comfortable. • No guest should ever be forced to remain associated with a reservation that compromises their safety. In today’s world, we are all too aware of tragic situations where people end up harmed while traveling with others. My request to separate myself from that unsafe situation should have been honored immediately. 4. Customer Service Failures • Instead of receiving help, I was redirected between the hotel and Expedia, with neither taking accountability. • This lack of ownership not only ruined my trip but also …….

The staff was amazing—super friendly and nice. I stayed in the oceanfront king suite, but I didn't care for the balcony; it's so small that you can't fit even one chair on it. I also didn't like the rug under and around the bed because it was dirty, which I believe contributed to a musty smell in the room. Other than that, the room was clean. I definitely think they should remove all rugs, as they tend to hold germs, dirt, and sand.

We had a perfect stay. My only complaint will be the elevators. Wish there was more elevators especially during check in hours. Takes about 30mins or longer to get up to your room and our room was on the 10th floor.

Beach pool vibe was nice. Other than that half of the lights in the room wouldnt turn On or Off. Cable Tv/ guest options streaming opportunities were non existent. Old coax distribution is bogus. Kids wanted to watch cartoons but couldnt because they didnt hire pros to fugure it out.

I would never stay here again. First and last time. Where do I begin..The motel not a resort needs major upgrading. There should be a section for pets. I got extremely sick although they mentioned our room would be cleaned thoroughly. I am allergic to pet dander. I will be taking further actions regarding this. Food at resort is disgusting . Sleep was interrupted by dogs barking in the hallway early in the morning. Not to mention , these aren’t small dogs. They are huge dogs. Mold around the air conditioner . Fruit flies everywhere . As soon as we got off the elevator the garbage is right there along with fruit flies. Yellow stains on mattress covers. They get a 1/2 star because the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate. For the amount they charge the cleanliness should be a whooolleee lot better. Nice setup but dirt motel(resort)

The beds, sheets, and pillows were not comfortable. I had trouble sleeping because of it. I loved that the rooms were nice and cold without AC restriction. Room cleaning, at least for our room, was always later in the day when we were already back, so that was disruptive having to leave or delay getting ready for dinner. Loved having the beach chair/umbrellas set up. That is a huge perk. I wish it wasn’t first come first serve, and I wish they did a better job spacing people out. We got to the beach around 9 each morning and by 1030 they had stationed people almost on top of us, and that was super annoying considering the space behind those people was wide open. Overall the stay was a 3 star but the chairs/umbrellas alone made me give it 4 stars. Also wish the pool opened at 8 and not 10. There’s no lifeguard anyway so not sure what we had to wait for.
