There was a lot of noise and also invasion of privacy during our stay as well as finding old smoking tips in our window sill and the walls were paper thin, not to mention the bathroom door didn’t even work properly.

I do not recommend this property. While it was close to the boardwalk...it was run down. Cost was not reflective of the quality. Staff was nice.

Our room was too small for 3 people. We had no bench to put our luggage, no hooks to hang wet baths towels, could have use another garbage pail in the main room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we liked the location proximity to restaurants, beach and boardwalk.

Look into the place before you book..

Room was a puddle of strong smelling chemicals, dodnt an hour cleaning JUST the main floor with what I had. No toilet paper roll holder, dirty couch, pretty bad pull out bed, dirty tables, old food outside the door with ants all over the place. 4pm check in and the room was ready..they wanted 25$ to check in before…and still the room was not ready..had to wait after we tried to address some of the issues ended up having to wait..they didn’t address the issues anyway. The room was nice, very small, the answer for towels and such was fast and friendly. You can definitely find better places for that price.

Less than your average Mom and Pop Motel

T V had a bad screen two black stripes running down the screen , toilet seat ready to fall off, A/C terribly noisey, stains on the bed spread ,shower barely had water coming out of it, pool was clean but only one table had an umbrella leaving the other three with just the pole and when I asked if they had any, I was told they blew away into the parking lot a week or two before and one hit a car! Lol! No excuse for not having them, we were forced to go buy a cheapie. Staff was nice though. I think the owner is not around to keep tabs on this stuff but all in all my stay was ok and blessed with beautiful weather during our stay. Be warned though if your bringing a pickup truck or a large SUV parking is super super tite! That’s for sure

Perfect For Couple's

They have a bay side location on 2nd street and then the main location facing the boardwalk. The room we stayed at was the queen size bedroom. It was small, but perfect for a couples stay. It was clean, we were able to check in a little early bc the room was available and any questions or concerns the staff was very helpful! All in all the room was perfect, being so close to the beach was a bonus and the free parking with nice staff made it all come together!

When we checked in to Madison Beach, we had no idea our room would be in Madison Beach, Bayside. We honestly didn’t know they had a separate building from Madison Beach on Baltimore Ave. Madison Beach, Bayside is on St.Louis Avenue, so not close to the pool, no ice machine at this building and right next to the bridge! So definitely not quiet when you’re trying to go to sleep and you start hearing early morning traffic crossing the bridge, so if you’re looking to sleep in, it’s not happening! Also, everyday the street flooded right at the intersection of St. Louis Ave and N. Division Street, which is right at the parking lot in front of the hotel. I would stay at the Madison Beach again, just would not want to be in this building!

Good for the price

The hotel was great for the price. It’s close to the boardwalk. It was good for what we needed. My complaint would be that the bed was small and there were no towel racks to hang your towels on. Overall, I would stay here again.
