This is your basic beach motel. I stayed with my teen son and his friend with 2 rooms. The rooms were very small but clean and had exactly what we wanted: bed, shower, fridge, microwave, and TV. No issues with any staff or the motel. Location was perfect, right off the main part of the boardwalk and within walking distance to many places. If you’re going to book a room for under $100/night, accept that it’s not going to be like a resort, and don’t leave a bad nit-picking review because you’re too cheap or can’t afford something better. Would definitely stay again!

The one queen bed suite with pull out couch we reserved was updated and nice. The bed was comfy. The floor felt dirty. The area is close to the boardwalk, like 1-2 min walk. The area was safe. I would book again

No issues. Small rooms, but good for the price and a few nights with no more than two people.

Pool was fun and relaxing area had a nice view. Also close to the boardwalk and a bus that goes to Walmart.

Really wonderful stay great staff great location

a lot of noise and drunk people after midnight .there is security and the front desk they don t care

Room was ok served purpose for a couple of nights stay close to everything that you could walk

I was aware that I wasn't staying at a 5 star hotel but there was a level of carelessness that I don't understand. The bad: bedspreads were dirty. I had to ask for blankets, which I had to assume that were clean. (who uses bedspreads anymore!) Carpet was nasty, walls were stained with shoe prints, lamp was rusty, a/c filter was clogged with dust. They don't make the beds unless you ask. Overall the whole vibe was more "motor inn by the Parkway" and less "family motel by the sea". The good: location. No need to move your car to go to the boardwalk, restaurants etc. Although I would try to stay near the middle of the boardwalk. Overall I would say "stay away", but supposedly most of the economical motels in the area are like this.

Great location. Staff is wonderful. Hotel is alittle dated but the upkeep is good.

Even though the check-in sheet says the quiet time starts at 10:30 pm, it was very loud, noisy outside our room. A group of people outside our room speaking loudly from 2 am - 4 am...it was a horrible night.

Nice staff..very clean..close to everything..nice pool!!

Rooms were clean, very close to the boardwalk, the pool was nice an clean!!! However the rooms are really small an the beds were very hard,an sounded like the ppl above you an on each side were in the room with you..(loud)no sound proffing.. an could of used extra blankets in the room! but it's an inexpensive place sooooo close to everything you can't have it all..just take earplugs an a extra blanket,an maybe a pillow top too!

Hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the other guests were nice to talk to, and the hotel is in a great location.

Very nice staff, very good price for the room. Tiny shower and could not get the Oriole game on the tv. Location was very good. Did not use the pool but it looked clean. Like the deck with the chairs. Bed was comfortable and room was made up daily. i would stay here again, for this price

THIS IS A GREATPLACE FOR A SHORT STAY .. NOT NEEDING COOKING ITS OK DO WISH IT HAD BATHTUBS BUT OTHERWISE ITS FINE THIS IS MY 3RD TIME HERE AND MY FAMILY STAYS HERE FOR A SHORT WEEKEND TOO

This review is about two rooms I booked. They were both very small, with double beds. They were clean, though they smelled a little odd and needed Febreze. One had a heater that worked fine, and one did not. One had a phone, and one didn't. One had a kind of coat rack, and the other was very cheap. Both had jalousie windows in the bathroom that allowed too much coldness to be in the bathroom. Both showers need the U-poles so that the curtain isn't crowding the one showering. The employees were friendly but too unprofessional by being too chummy. They were actually better than the property, though. During the day, there was too much noise as workmen were making a lot of racket. The wi-fi kept dropping. Thankfully, these rooms was pretty cheap for Ocean City. If you can get a nicer place at a decent price, get it.
