first room we were in the shower shot water all over the ceiling and floor. Moved to a second room and there was a half eaten sandwich with fries in the fridge.

The only thing that was bad was the WiFi. We had a room at the end of the hotel on the top floor and didn’t get any service in the room.

it was perfect for our family this year the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing that is water pressure could have been better but it was overall a great stay for us.

So much pet small, Dog is barking too much. Didn’t know this hotel is pet friendly. Sands is on bed sheets, floor and hallways. Bad house keeping!

Rooms decent but NOT clean.

The hotel staff was friendly however they need to be better about cleaning. Why have someone check in and the room not be cleaned prior. They’re was a fake nail on the floor , the elevators and hallway were constantly dirty. We understand that it’s a beach town but we never saw them cleaning.

The beach is in the backyard and the boardwalk is less than a 10 minute walk away! When I got there, everything was clean. There were no hairs or anything gross that I see at hotels, and the towels smelled super clean. It was very spacious and the front desk was super friendly. The breakfast was great and the area was also very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The pool was also super clean and very shallow, which is good for small kids. I stayed here with a group of friends for senior week and we honestly had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for the price!

Five star help and attitude from most of employees. Door on our room broken and nearly impossible to get open and closed, went for help once and should have made them give us a different room. Huge hazard if had a fire or something and unable to get door open. Pet friendly which is nice but many irresponsible owners so lots of pee piles and poop even inside, but staff cleaning it up.

As much as we wanted to love this hotel because of the location, nothing about it felt clean. The hallways and our room smelled musky for the entirety of our stay, the humidity in our room was unacceptable (our clothes were damp after the first night), the sink in our bathroom did not drain well, and I don’t believe our shower was cleaned before our stay as there were multiple hairs present before we ever used it. None of the four ice machines in the building worked, and the main stairwell looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the balcony in our room, but I don’t know if it’d be worth staying here again.
