Close to lots of restaurants and lots of parking. Newly remodeled, but no good water pressure on uppers floors. Not good job was cleaning rooms, there was hair all over bathtub and sink, toilet seat was duty. Shampoo was out and told customer service and no one ever came to refill.

Good location, easy access to dining and entertainment.

The filthiest room my family has ever stayed in. Stains on thr bed covers, filthy floors that made the bittom of out feet black. And just stinking hot in the room. We had to continuously call the front desk to lower the air temperature in the room. The A/C would not allow us to adjust our self. Just ridiculous!!! We will never stay there again...NEVER!!!!!!!!

Maintenance needs to be enhanced. Cleanliness of the rooms should have been better- there was a dust bunny behind the bed and no one would take away the trash in the rooms. Other maintenance problems was the air conditioning kept making sounds, the telephone wasn’t working, there was a hole on the mattress, safety deposit box wasn’t working, and there were little to no breakfast options to accommodate. The overall service from the hotel staff was average. BUT, within the 4 days my family and I stayed in, no one would clean the bathroom to replace the old towels for new ones. Our garbage can kept piling up day after day. However, the parking was easy to find.

The breakfast arrangements were poor - too small of a serving area and too few options and quantity for the size of this motel. WiFi Internet service was poor - I kept losing my signal - very disruptive to someone trying to do something longer than 15 minutes. Ok to be pet friendly, but I thought I was at a kennel instead of a motel!! I would ditch the pet accommodations in exchange for making it nicer for your human guests. And our room had a bad odor - probably cleaning solution to mop up after the pets. We won't be back.

I inquired about bringing 2 dogs and was quoted a $25 per night dog fee. We arrived with 2 dogs and were told there was a $25 per night PER DOG fee. That was not ok. Facilities are not cleaned based upon the amount of pets coming through there. Staff are very friendly.

The cleanliness about the hotel was mediocre. Room was really dusty, the floors weren’t clean at all. Our bare feet were completely black. The pool was absolutely disgusting, trash and hair everywhere. Every time we asked for towels we were told they were being washed.

Had a great stay! Family Friendly!…Would stay again! Great location!

This was a very clean property. The rooms were great and beds extremely comfortable. They also include a fridge and microwave for your convenience.

I have to say for the most part it was a great experience. The check in gentleman was more than pleasant and helpful. Gave us a lot of information. The problem came in with the manager I approached the counter where she looked at me and said" YES" with a annoyed tone. I explained I wanted to know if she could exchange my dirty dishes and she said " I can give you a rag if you want to clean them yourself, thats what most guests do" Her tone and attitude towards me was a reflection of the type of supervisor she is. The workers near the counter did not even want to look up because she was being so disrespectful. That was a Sunday. I was staying till tuesday but was so upset we left Monday instead. Someone needs to retrain this manager in customer relations.

We didn't know what to expect during the busy summer season with COVID shortages and the irus still around. The staff were really so friendly and helpful, despite all the staff shortages related to COVID. The property was clean and the to-go breakfast was great. All staff were masked which made us feel comfortable (although most guests were not, which is the way it goes). Honestly better than I expected!

Our toilet was barely functioning. No one of the outlets in the bathroom worked. The bathroom sink stopper was broken. There was sand in the beds. The TV in the room is extremely small, the remote was broken. The staff was extremely rude. The breakfast buffet was far from a buffet. The pool was closed and it was 80 degrees for our entire stay! When we asked the front desk why the pool wasn’t open; they said “ we don’t open the pool in the middle of winter”. It was the end of May. This hotel is absolute trash and extremely expensive. Will never stay here again. This place ruined a nice family vacation.
