This hotel was top notch for families with pets. U always see someone cleaning somewhere, so that was awesome. Our stay was at the building they added across the street, which had its own pool and space for eating. The breakfast never failed us. My only critique is that parking was limited. We got there around 6pm for check in and had to park at their extra parking lot down the street. Even with that said, highly recommend this hotel. Theres a hidden area called The Patio on the 5th floor of main building where guests can take their dogs and it has lounge chairs, dog toys and pool, and ping pong table. Just ask for the paddles at the guest counter

This was a great stay. Even though the parking is not good, everything else was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, quiet, and the view was pleasant. Breakfast included for free and a microwave in room when requested. Staff professional, kind and helpful.

1st &16th Haytt Place was right on the beach. Had 2 swimming pools. Very clean. Nice staff. The alcohol served at the pool bar was not worth the money because it was not strong enough for the price.. Over all it was a nice place but it was a hell of a walk down to the pier.

We had a lovely time at our 3-day stay. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and different each day. Facilities were clean. House keeping was done seamlessly. The only issue was our concern for parking as we always had to wait for a spot and we were lucky that people were coming and going often to get a spot. On the final day, one of the two elevators was out of service and that made checking out difficult as we had to wait nearly 10 mins for a ride downstairs and had to do multiple trips.

Hotel is conveniently located near the board walk. The facility was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing and my kids loved that they had access to both pools. I had a pleasant stay and i'll highly reccomend.

I didn't like that the room had a smell. I was given air freshener the first night. The second night after complaining they did come pour something in the drain and apologized. The smell disappeared after that. I just feel like they should've looked into the issue the 1st night.

Everything was great but they charge a premium for oceanfront. When I checked in I was given a room across the street it was not oceanfront. They should clearly state that some rooms are not oceanfront. Very disappointing. False advertising.
