I liked it was right on the boardwalk with an ocean view, but I didn't like the view was obstructed by plexy glass. Nor did I like my room was so close to the playground. The hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, but the hotel itself definitely needs an update.

The hallway to our room smelled like urine. The pool area was not kept clean.

The staff was welcoming and they offered me a very generous discount for the next upcoming weekend! Definitely making this hotel one of my prime spots!

The concept is great for families, but it needs a facelift

First family vacation with our 4 kids. We stayed an extra day bc we had such a great time

The door pool was 24 hrs but cold and the room fridge didn’t get cold but other than that it was a great stay!

Best seats on the Boardwalk with pool and outside entertainment that included drinks and snacks ( burgers, fish tacos, etc..).

Front desk staff not friendly or inviting. Rooms and common areas of the hotel are in need of a facelift.

I liked the location of the property. I rode the elevator with my young kids and two staff members The Staff members had some very colorful words to share and did not care my kids were present

Hot tub and indoor pool were good. Fresh fruit was nice. Court yard could be prettier. Tv was weak.

It was raining during our stay. The 1st floor exit to the boardwalk on the North side of the hotel was flooded with 2" of water that you had to walk through to exit...UNACCEPTABLE!! Drainage changes need to be implemented on this exit! Also design of hotel is such that you can't roll your luggage cart from elevator directly to many rooms...again UNACCEPTABLE! Will not be staying here again ever!

everything about hotel was great except for the beds, I am 6ft and my feet hung over the edge, and very uncomfortable, It seemed that the beds were full and not queens, two adults couldn't sleep in the same bed. Im lucky that the kids didn't come with us.

I booked an OCEAN VIEW ROOM. When I arrived at the hotel, my ocean view was looking at walls. Never again

The staff was extremely rude, the facilitys are ran down really really bad, theirs a lot of thing's that are neglected throughout hotel. Room was not really that bad but with the women at the front desk (day and night shift) being very rude it made stay extremely disappointing. Women at front desk shouldn't have a job. The house keeping lady the day of check out was a pleasant surprise after dealing with other staff! She was so friendly to me, my wife and my daughter. I truly think very highly of her and believe it would be wise to keep her employed and give a raise, and tell her she made a very lasting impression on me and my family. Also recommend hiring more personal just like her and getting rid of the other staff members except the night shift gentlemen at the front desk he was extremely respectful and friendly as well and was the complete opposite of the other front staff personal!

Very bad experience, some staff are so rude. Need to be more professional with the customer we are paying to have a good costumer service, the building smell so bad and is very old, from outside look new from inside is very old. Hope manager do some improvement staring with the staff and the building thank you

Be prepared to drive around for 15 minutes looking for parking. I went in September, I can't imagine what it's like in regular season. Refrigerator is small, not large enough for an efficiency in my opinion. You cant roll your luggage to the room on a cart because there are multiple stairs to traverse. I had to have a hotel person lift the cart up and down stairs. Thin walls, (my next door neighbor was upset that her sister was going back to her boyfriend who does not sound like a nice guy at all.) and finally, be careful on the balcony because the sliding door locks behind you sometimes. The latch just slips down on its own.

Rooms were decent but very old looking. Beds had sheets for blankets and the beds were very short and uncomfortable. Also the music outside was extremely loud and could here it until about 12 pm. This would be a decent place for young singles looking to party at a cheap hotel but I have been coming to ocean city for about 20 years and this hotel is worse than any hotel or motel I have ever stayed in anywhere. Oh and don't forget it's dog friendly so it didn't smell too good either.
