Great location and friendly staff but that is where the positives end. The entire hotel is outdated. The hotel is shaped like a "L" with the top the L being completley ocean front. We booked an "oceanfront non-smoking room" but it was more like oceanview and with ambient cigarette odors. Our room would be near bottom of the L and has an ocean view with an up close view of neighboring smoking rooms. That leads to the smoke leading up into the room at all hours of the day. Our room decor didn't match the furniture and the furniture was very beat up. The room was constantly filled with gnats and flies and we had no idea why. A majority of the bathroom ceiling was rusting and part of the trim on the bathroom door was replaced but unpainted. The last thing we notices were hairball like bundles in the bedding that certainly didn't belong to me or my wife. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice but neither were heated. Wouldn't reccomend to families or those that want a spotless clean and up to date hotel

Carpet was damp, furnishings were old and outdated, bath room fan was super noisy, microwave was dirty, carpet had stains and burns, Keurig had three K-Cups but no bottled water provided,

The staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel was horrible. It was poorly lit. There was overflowing garbage in the garbage cans in the hallways. We as a family did not feel comfortable so we ended up leaving the next day.

The room was dirty. Pool overcrowded. The room was very noisy at night. People screaming at night at each other in the balcony The only good thing was the beach was right there

The location was great. The pool and the beach were clean and convenient. The outdoor pool closed at 8pm - we wished it was open a little later. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were overall clean, spacious, and it was convenient to have a full refrigerator and stove. The other hotel guests were a little loud on their balconies late at night with yelling and making loud noises. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed one night. Nice hotel but could have been cleaner. Nice and comfortable bed.

I love all the amenities available such as: the beach, outdoor pool, tennis, indoor pool, hot tubs, work out room, hotel bar and restaurant. The only negative was the air conditioner in our room sounded like a jumbo jet taking off every time it kicked on and the property is a little worn in some areas. We try and stay here at least once per year. We always enjoy our stay and the staff is outstanding!

I liked the pillows, they were very soft. Good channel selections.

Beautiful view. Could not ask for a more elegant view. Hotel would benefit from some updates however the room was comfortable and clean. Used the restaurant for breakfast. Very satisfying. Has a great lounge right across the road that the check in clerk helped us locate - SKY Bar. Fun atmosphere for watching sports and reasonable prices for both food and drinks.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Even after check-out, they treated us as if we were still their valued guests. They provided excellent service from their front desk to their indoor pool.

The staff was friendly but the condition of the hotel was horrible. It was poorly lit. There was overflowing garbage in the garbage cans in the hallways. We as a family did not feel comfortable so we ended up leaving the next day.
