My wife and I stayed in this hotel in 2024 and came back but this time we had a poor experience. The bathtub looked dirty. They moved us to another room, my wife didn't sleep well and in the morning we found out that the carpet was wet and there was an infiltration in the room. The morning manager said she couldn't move us as the hotel was sold out. We decided to shorten our stay and leave. She wished us good luck, something very telling of how the hospitality industry works now.

The amenities were great and staff was very friendly and helpful. But room amenities weren’t fully stocked like refillable shampoo/conditioner and body wash was out. Some dishes weren’t fully clean in the kitchen. Also hair dryer was not working but hasn’t been replaced. But the view of the room was excellent, the convenience of the location is great. I would definitely stay again

Staff was great. Allison in particular went out of her way to help when there was an issue with a nearby smoker. She offered to move us. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Location is great.

The hotel and the room were spotless. The hotel was quiet and we had a great ocean view. The bed was a little hard and the sheets were rough. We were in a suite and would’ve expected a little higher quality sheet and a higher thread count. But other than that was a great stay.
