The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a special birthday weekend. The room appeared to be clean. The jacuzzi tub could not be used, it looked like some had stood in there with dirty shoes. Tried rinsing it out, did not work. Disappointed. As I looked around I saw what looked like dried ketchup on the cabinets. Dust on the window ledges. And the sofa was horrendous. If you sat on it you sort of rolled to the center. Had to sit in a chair the entire weekend. I do appreciate everyone being kind and friendly. What I don't appreciate is going to the front desk and asking a question and the clerk not being able to respond because they have a mouthful of food. Don't get me wrong we had a great time. I plan on returning. I can't imagine paying summer rates for that room.

Upon check-in the friendliness of the staff was lease to be desired. When we checked in our room a towel bar fell off the vanity in the bathroom and the kitchen sink was stopped up. When you go down to tell them about it they act like you’re putting them out to fix it.

The experience was fantastic from the moment we checked-in. The front desk associates, friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant team was very friendly and the food was great. We arrived when they were getting ready to close and they treat us in such a way, that make us feel special. They listened to us, managed food allergies, make us laugh and make sure we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, beds comfy, and the view breathtaking. Service was fantastic. This visit was done during low season, so we have all the amenities for us. I know we will go back!

My husband and I are long standing loyal customers. We stay at the Hilton quite regularly. However, I must say the new changes to parking and the hotel restaurant has changed for the worse. My husband is a military veteran , but depending on the mood of management he doesn’t always receive his military discount at the hotels restaurant.This is very disheartening, due to the amount of money we spend at the restaurant , in addition to the amount we leave in tips. Also, honor members should not be required to pay parking fees, these parking fees and the changes made to the restaurant menu,has made me think twice about returning to the Hilton. We paid 19.00 for burnt crab hush puppies,that had little to no crab inside. The breakfast,that we are a custom to has changed in a very bad way. They only serve pork options on the menu. Which my husband and I do not eat. Also, the couch in the room was outdated and needed to be replaced. I was very disappointed in my stay.
