I like the property, I came often. I was disappointed by the agressive behavior for one of the waitress in the restaurant when I took my breakfast. Hopefully I asked to change the waitress and the other one was so kind.

Compared to other hotels in Ocean City, this hotel had poor customer service. I expected it to be top quality, since it's one of the more expensive hotel around. The staff attitude was that of 'not wanting to be bothered.' Mind you, it is winter time mid-week and we were one of few guests staying at the hotel. There was no flexibility in checking in early or out late. We ordered room service. I was excited to try the food. Ordered shrimp risotto. It was not edible. No flavor, no seasonings, and the rice was not cooked properly. It was like bland wet uncooked rice. My biggest gripe is the lack of positive customer service. No one smiling, you just felt like they were bothered by your presence.

Ocean Front Suite

So... message to Orbitz first! I booked a “HIGH FLOOR” room through your website, however, when we checked in we were told we were on the 3rd floor! When questioned, they said people who arrived before us had taken the high floor rooms!! Check in not until 4pm, we arrived at 4:30!!! Since when was room allocation “first in best dressed”!! Why would there be “choice of room” at different prices online if you really don’t get to choose ???!!! Very dissatisfied Orbitz!!! HILTON?? I choose Hilton for their high standards... usually!!! This place had great amenities, great sized rooms, magnificent views... but very shabby, grubby, worn out building!!! Wall paper peeling off the walls, doors not closing properly, ancient dishwasher!!!! Being a HILTON HONORS member meant nothing either when I asked for a High Floor room as I had booked online!!! This hotel needs a complete decor upgrade!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING HILTON !!!!

Pool closed for construction. They should have informed us of that. This completely changed our stay

Let me start with saying we had a good stay overall but with few hiccups.

It was cool vibes , in close distance to all the places i needed to be at

Off hours (before 7:30am and after 9pm) it was impossible to get food. Pre-Covid I was told things were open longer. Just made the stay a little difficult but everything else was great.

The suites are amazing. I would have preferred daily room service without request. But besides that it was awesome.

The room was not beautiful. The filters in heating system very dirty. Whole room needed TLC. Dusty and old looking.

Great place. Would stay here again. We enjoyed the hospitality.
