Pictures are so inaccurate, the hotel is gross and unclean, mold above the shower, stains everywhere, there was a huge leak in the hall outside the room, and the breakfast bar was empty except for waffle mix with no waffle iron.

Walls in room dirty. The fridge was warm when we got to the room and had standing water in it. The room was cold, the heater/ac was turned off. Some of the light fixtures didn’t work. Food was old, hard as a rock bagels and cold coffee.

I was greatful they still had rooms avaliable to rent but being handicapped it was a tough go the toilets are the size a 3 year old could easily use. Making it very difficult to use the facility in my room. Room was very clean. Door to enter room floor was broken frame shattered

There was a cockroach in our room the furst night went to the desk to inform them they told me maintance was going come to take a look, but no one came to our room The directions to get our room was confusing, no signs to where anything was. The pool and the breakfast area was in the basement and the breakfast was cold, no waffle maker but there was batter & syrup. The smoking rooms & non-smoking rooms were in the same hallway, smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway & in our room.
