I’m very disappointed with this booking they knew they had no working boiler and never disclosed it charging people full price. They should have reached out to me when they saw the booking to let me know and give me the option to decide if I still wanted to book my stay. At check in there was no mention that they had no hot water. I had an event that I wanted to shower and get ready for and so first thing I did was try to shower when I got to my room and realized there was an issue when the water wasn’t getting warm. I called downstairs to be told they had a broken boiler they were working on that day and there wouldn’t be any hot water until after 6pm. When I asked why this was never disclosed he stated there was a small sign up by the elevator. The elevator that you only see after checking in to go upstairs to your room by the way. So basically I got charged full price for a room with no boiler until after 630pm. I wasn’t able to shower in my room until 1am after the event I was going to. This all should have been disclosed prior to arriving there and I shouldn’t have been charged full price.
