The checking staff were outstanding
We travelled to visit family and arrived late so we needed to stay overnight.
Several maintenance problems with the room. We reported them but nothing was done. Front desk works were just plain rude.
The room was updated. The temperature was too cold and I could not adjust the thermostat. The hallway carpet and design was loud and awful. Didn’t fit with the normal Hilton decor. The in house Italian restaurant was excellent. Would eat there again. Parking is tight. There were other guests having a party outside our room and smoking which made it difficult to sleep.
Excellent staff, room , breakfast, shuttle, perfect!
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our room was large, quiet and clean, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of bathroom counter space and mirrors. The parking is a little inconvenient - the parking structure is not attached to the hotel so you have to go outside to get to it, but it's very close, only steps away. Breakfast was fine, the usual hotel breakfast, but there was lots of cut fresh fruit. There's a nice well-lit waterfront path directly across the street from the hotel. It leads to a shopping district, a mall and restaurants. We walked less than ten minutes to get to a restaurant. We frequently stay at Courtyard's and thought this compared very favorably.
AC wasn't cooling room enough. A call to front desk led to a quick, friendly, polite visit by maintenance personnel (at night!) an adjustment to the settings of the thermostat and explanation of the "quirky" setting fixed the issue.
STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HOTEL IS CONVIENT TO NEW YORK CITY ,
Staff was very nice and friendly, it's beautiful and was very clean to my taste because I'm very picki i should say when it comes to hotel. This is where I'll be staying in future trips with no doubt. All my three children love everything about the hotel that's A+
I hate to give a hotel a bad rating. Overall I felt comfortable in the hotel but upon waking up I saw a huge waterbug crawling across my pillow at that point luckily it was morning I immediately gathered all my things and left. The whole day I felt like things were crawling on me. Like I said I don't talking down about someone's business but come on.
Got in late and reserved the room from the parking lot. Hotel receptionist was awesome. He upgraded my room to a suite because there were no more King bed standard rooms. Very nice staff and room was great.
Had a school interview near by and this hotel was perfect for that. Shuttle service is great.
Balcony was an unexpected surprise. Just right for an overnight business trip.
Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. We thought we were staying at the same location we visited the last time we headed north and needed to stop on the way. We remembered the city incorrectly but the Hampton Inn was just as terrific at this location as the one we thought we were heading to. A wonderful place to lay down your head and a terrific breakfast when you wake.
A lot of racket as they are updating the restaurant so no mid day naps. The staff was gracious about it and left a bottle of wine and a gift card. Wasn't expecting anything! Room was clean and comfy. The bath stopper didn't work so no soaks. Complementary breakfast had a variety of fresh items to choose.
Clean room. Customer Service was A++. Nice variety of continental breakfast items.
