The last weekend for the hotel. The staff were great thru it all.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms although a little small, were comfortable. They were doing renovations during our stay.
Rooms were clean property out side needs some updating.
It was quick and easy
We really liked how clean everything was.
This property was horrible. I wish I listened to the negative reviews from the start. The area in which the hotel is great- close to downtown and shopping. The actual hotel and its experience was horrendous. The staff was unfriendly and treated you like an inconvenience. The actual building smelt terrible. When we checked in- there were two cleaners with all of the room doors open, “cleaning”. The entire floor smelt like weed and other obscure aromas. The room didn’t seem too bad initially (minus the smell). After we started looking around we noticed stains on all linens, the pillows were atrocious. We even found a sock behind the television. There was a notice to let guests know that rooms were only cleaned ONCE PER WEEK?! That is nuts. Considering the lack of cleanliness- we did not feel comfortable sleeping on the mattress. We found a Walmart and bought blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries, and frebreez. Although they served continental breakfast, we did not feel comfortable eating the food based on the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. I took pictures of everything and would be happy to share. Think twice before booking here.
Nice, cozy hotel
Nice property at a reasonable rate. The manager was very helpful and nice.
Employees were awful, roof being fixed, rooms were not ready as promised and no lobby or place to wait we were told to go outside. When we finally entered room 1 hour and 10 mins late there was no soap, pillows were the size of throw pillows not bed pillows, towels were scarce and scratchy. There was no phone so you had to keep going downstairs in person. There was dust on room fridge with hand print. Lock broker on one 1st floor outside doors anyone could enter anytime. Breakfast was a premade cold breakfast sandwich, packaged muffin or no name cereals.also yogurt. Not even toast. The woman in breakfast room was the only kind person. 24/7 there were lines at front desk of angry customers not able to get into rooms and complaining of room condition. An awful and unsafe experience . When booking it showed as a Wyndham property, but sign says Days Inn. Front desk was not professional and physical appearance messy and totally overwhelmed. We booked 2 rooms together and our rooms were on separate floors and opposite ends of a very long hallway with a elevator only on front end.Worst experience we have ever had.
Second stay here in the last 2 weeks, nice hotel, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Got there late, the TV was not plugged in and didn't realize it till the next morning, not a big deal. Place was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. I would stay there again.
Clean hotel, nice room and friendly staff.
Front desk customer service was very friendly and helpful
The heating unit was very noisy such that I did not get a good night's sleep.
Cheap stay for a short casino trip. A little further away but easy drive. Service was friendly and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very small with very scratchy towels.
