My wife and I visited this city for business purposes and this was the hotel we chose because the photos and reviews looked promising... upon arriving we were greeted by Greg who was simply pleasant... however the rooms my wife viewed were challenged by certain flaws... hair in the bathroom sink or tub, blood stains on the blankets or comforter... nevertheless we finally found an accommodating room. Air conditioning was a challenge but thanks to Brandon and Heather they made the difference... upon awakening the following morning we tried the breakfast and it wasn’t worthwhile... yet the hotel became cozy due to the front desk attendants, especially Jennifer... hotel needs work and perhaps a more friendly general manager... if returning to Morristown this hotel will only be my choice if nothing else is available... if the staff members move to another property then I’ll find them! Choose wisely!

Stayed there the night after travelling through Bristol. Family of 7, we got 2 rooms. The AC unit couldn't get the room below 74 degrees. Smelled like feet and smoke. Stains on the bed. Shower water maxed out at luke-warm. Breakfast was small with no meat.

I recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling or on vacation. They have an indoor pool, a fitness room, and all rooms are non smoking. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free breakfast. I needed a late checkout and they were happy to ablige. The room was very clean with plenty of towels and also a coffe maker, refrigerator, and a microwave. I was very pleased with the amenities and I will stay there again!!

The only reason that I did not rate as excellent is that there are some minor maintenance issues in the room. The towel bar is coming off the wall ( please put a towel bar closer to th shower ). The tub and shower valve spins all the way around ( shouldn't do that ) makes it hard to find the temperature you want and to shut off. And the bath fan does not work. However the room was very clean and the staff was great. If I have to come bak to the area I will stay here for sure ! Oh and the bed is super comfortable!

I was in town for business and we stayed here. The guy that works with me said he saw roaches at the coffee maker in the room. Then the next morning when I was getting in the shower there was a roach in the shower and 2 on the wall next to the frig. I've scratched all day long. 👎👎👎👎

The hotel was nice, great location that met our needs. Room was a little small to be considered a suite. The front desk staff were all very nice and professional. We returned to the room after attending a funeral wanting to rest and relax. The cleaning staff had replaced the towels and emptied the trash, but that was it. The beds weren't made, one person in our party had slept on the sofa and they left the rumpled sheets spread out on the cushions. The bathroom wasn't touched except for swapping out the towels. The trash cans were full, so we had left some trash (plates, cups and empty water bottles) on the table next to a trash can; it was all still there, they hadn't taken it. Also, the small refrigerator was leaking water onto the carpet.

Room itself was okay, needs some updating. The disgusting part was the family of cockroaches sharing our suite. My husband went to the front desk with evidence to complain & was told they just sprayed that room, spray the whole hotel, it might actually take care of the problem. Would I stay there again, to quote The Raven "Nevermore".

As soon as we arrived to check in Brett was cheerful, welcoming and wanted to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Brett's attitude (and the fluffy bathroom towels) are my reasons for rating at 3 rather than 2! Our first room, 309, had a badly damaged AC casing which had been stuck together with tape. As the AC was only inches away from one side of the bed and I did not want to risk injuring my legs when I got out of bed, I asked for a room change. We were then given the key to 306. The AC casing in this room was even worse, with sharp edges almost guaranteed to take a chunk out of my leg! When I returned to reception I suggested a change of floor. Brett got the key for 213 and said he would check it out first, whilst I appreciated his offer, I said that I would check it myself and ring down if there was a problem. Third time lucky as this room did not have damaged AC casing. The bed was much further away from the wall too, so offered more space to move around. Sadly, however, room maintenance was again poor. A bulb missing from the standard lamp, a large stain on the carpet near the sofa, bathroom vent blocked and one facecloth badly stained.

Obviously this is not a five star/five diamond facility, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay with a comfortable bed, and space enough to turn around in your room, this is a good place to stay. I was very pleased with receptionist, Grace. She provided excellent information regarding a good place to eat Hillside Grill which is next door to the hotel and an easy walk. The pool is an excellent size for an exercise swim. I happen to have it all to myself, it could get crowded if the hotel were full. The pool ceiling is in disrepair and should be fixed. Having read previous reviews of costs, in my opinion it is not too far out of line with most hotels. If it is recognized name hotel they will all charge over $100 a night. They are all over priced. The rooms are well furnished, and the bathroom have had some modern upgrades, although fairly basic in amenities. Bottom line, I'd come back if I'm in the area.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean although somewhat dated and we were very comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast. As with most hotels the free breakfast was very ordinary to poor. The juice was watered down, they use cheap cereals, and the waffles were average at best, but we got a good rate through Orbitz and would definitely stay here again as cleanliness and price are our main concerns.
