ok first off fridge in room did not work, so could not keep our food cold, or our drinks cold, had to relay on ice maker on first floor and we on 3rd, , next, if we are to stay there multiple nights wouldnt u have maids come in and give us fresh towels and wash cloths and clean up the room while we there take trash out etc????we thought this was 5 star hotel, when we booked it, definately wasnt, everything we had to ask for, plus supplys down stairs was empty never restocked, went to get tooth brush no tooth brushes in house,

Got to room and door wasn’t shut. Discovered the door was loose on the hinge. Had to fight the door the entire stay to get it to shut or open. Got in the room and discovered the bathroom door handle was falling off. Went to put drinks in the refrigerator and discovered two bags of food in the refrigerator. The next morning was going to hang the Do Not Disturb sign on door but there was none. Ok, well they can just clean the room then, right? WRONG. Got back to the room that night to find the room hadn’t been touched at all. Very disappointed!!
