This is the worst experience I’ve had. It was a last minute booking I knew it’s gonna be bad but didn’t expect that bad. The property is so old and smelly. Carpet of the room is not clean, pillows are dirty. I booked for 2 nights but after the first night I had to check out.

Our bathtub had a huge hole rotted out in the bottom, leaking water everywhere with mold that their solution was to stick a block of wood in the hole. When anyone else in the other units used water / flushed toilets, it sounded like a jackhammer through the walls in the pipes. The bench had unknown stains on it. Could not believe we paid $400 to stay here. 0/10 recommend.

Staff refuse us a late checkout despite not being crowded. The room was busted up pretty bad. Bathtub was rusty. It was clean enough. Just pretty worn out place. Go somewhere else.

Hotel is very dirty and run down. An animal had chewed the furniture, the chair was ripped with foam coming out. Mold and dirt all over the bathroom. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Room was very hot.

Poor service

There was no hot tub and it stated there was. I asked for extra towels and was told I could only get them if I brought the dirty ones down. The staff was always nosey and wasn’t friendly at all. Random doors didn’t close and men were just heading around the front desk and workers there.

The staff and the inside of the hotel were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant helpful staff. The only complaint I have about this property is the parking availability and the room itself. I loved how big and spacious the room was. However the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathrooms smelled really bad. After a 5 hour drive and a long trip ahead of us I wasn’t too worried about it. The staff being as nice and welcoming as they were was enough to make up for the room because usually you get the opposite; amazing room with unamazing staff.

I did not enjoy this hotel. The noise level was very high, with no soundproofing at all—at night I could hear neighbors banging and shouting as if they were in my room. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water went all over the floor, and the doors closed very loudly. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not a restful stay.

Room was too hot

The hotel room was uncomfortably warm. The AC was set to as low as it could go (60 F) and it was still too warm. The curtain was also too long so it was catching all the air. My friend and I both got poor sleep because we would wake up hot.
