Drive up access to your room!! Well kept room, clean and updated. I was on the bottom floor, door directly facing the parking lot. But, there wasn't a space available in front ofy room for me, probably because I checked in after 9 pm. I had to park "out" into the lot, but was able to see my car from my room window at least. I was moving, so my vehicle was loaded. My stay was "uneventful", and quiet!! The hotel is the first hotel right off of the freeway exit, but up on a hill away from traffic noise...so easy access back onto the freeway as well. I didn't eat their FREE hot brekkie, but they did serve biscuits and gravy in their "off to the side" restaurant. Also, when you enter the driveway, the lobby is directly to the left in-between the restaurant and Michael's bar. Don't drive up the hill searching for the lobby like I did...twice LoL Staff was VERY nice.

Good front desk help

Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Only drawbacks was it was hard to find flat grassy area to walk the dog that was close. And didn't know there was a coffee maker in the room until we asked, it was in a cupboard above the microwave about 6 1/2 feet up. No way could I reach it.

The breakfast was good especially the yogurt! I left an item accidentally and Jessica Hall willing to help in any way. I decided the item could be replaced easier than trying to ship it! Thank you to all the staff that work there!

This property boosted on a billboard that it was new. I don’t usually stay at best Western but if it’s new, I thought it can’t be that bad. At some point the new wears off in the billboard needs to be taken down because the hotel was just adequate. it was clean inside however the TV didn’t work on and off and the phone did not work at all, so if there was emergency in the middle of the night, me being a woman by myself and I need help that was a no go. Thank God I had my cell phone to call the woman and ask for help with the TV. And then the ice was around the other side of the building and I was a woman alone I had to get in my car with my pajamas on to go find ice. So I would give it just an adequate experience. Didn’t even bother with the breakfast the next morning because I wasn’t gonna waste my time. The woman at night who checked me in was very Kurt. The woman who checked me out in the morning was lovely
