Clean, well laid out, good security, decent system, wonderful location
The housing-keeping person entered our unit without our authorization while we were out (a do not disturb sign was hung on the doorknob) and we were not notified about this access at all. We sensed/figured out this unauthorized access when we came back to the unit and requested a unit change which was not fulfilled in the end (at that moment we realized that someone came into the unit but didn't know who). Management initially told me no one entered the unit after checking their surveillance camera but later I was told that housing keeping entered my unit. Until now, we don't know why the housing keeping entered our unit and also have not received any apologizes for this incident.
Spacuous clean apt. Loved having a kitchen with fully stocked utensils including pots and pans. Perfect location for what we wanted to see whie in montreal. Overall great experience

We arrived to Montreal late at night. Getting into the apartment was very easy. Apartment is located in a very convenient location close to parking and within walking distance to all attractions and reastaurants. Clean, nicely decorated, and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The host was easily reachable. I would definitely stay again!
