The room was very nice, New and clean and comfortable. Didn't have hot water the first day, which was a drag, but it was fixed by facilities. Breakfast mediocre but very convenient. Also very convenient to have grocery store and starbucks connected to hotel. Elevators very slow

This property is in a great location, metro right below the hotel, excellent dining options in the neighborhood. It is safe but tends to be some addicts in the area. I love Montreal!!
