A Truly Amazing and Unforgettable Stay! My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to their exceptional staff. We were there to celebrate a very special occasion: our anniversary and our daughter's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible hospitality. The front desk staff, especially Cristina, was so friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a double milestone, and Cristina had clearly listened to the notes provided. To our complete and lovely surprise, we found a few treats left in our room for the occasion. This unexpected and thoughtful gesture truly made our stay feel special and personalized. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and warm experience. We can't wait to come back!

I was expecting a standard hotel but was very surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Apart from being clean, having parking on site and lovely restaurant, the staff made the trip! The young man on reception (I wish I remembered his name) was just lovely! Very friendly and helpful and kind. He took time to talk to me and make me feel so much better after my very long day at work. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really lovely. Helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Hidden charges and poor search criteria in the app

I am disappointed that; 1. Hidden charge for the parking £15 overnight, when I specifically searched for free parking. 2. The only other reason I chose this pool was because it had a pool, which has significant restrictions such as adult only swimming, not mentioned using the app, which meant we couldn’t use it In essence the only two specific criteria searched for are failures and actually incorrect.

The hotel was lovely, nice restaurant and breakfast was great. Really lovely, friendly staff. Plenty of shops around. Only downfall is that I thought the hotel cost included the parking, however this was an extra £15 per day.

The welcome on arrival at reception was really warm and inviting.Staff were really polite and all questions or requests were addressed. Having been to a musical festival and coming back in high spirits, it was wonderful to be served by bar & lounge staff Mandy. She had such high energy and was a total delight to speak with. Unfortunately there was a issue with the air con in the room. It blew hot air. There were 2 fans in the room too so they must have known there was a problem. We got very little sleep and it was so bad we cut our trip short and left a day early

The property was what was needed. Tidy and convenient although missing little helpful items such as power outlets next to bed and a safe. I slightly understand the exorbitant price for F1 weekend, since it was sold out, but this is the most I’ve paid at most F1 races by 2-3x, and those were 4 & 5-star hotels. There isn’t enough to Milton Keynes to want to return.
